The stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The view from my balcony was amazing as well. Mountains and a waterfall!
The balcony door was interesting, it was a door, tilt window as well as window. I thought that was cool.
One suggestion that I may
Give is to have a bug screen or net for the
Door so the door can be left open without fear of bugs entering the room.
We went during hot temperatures, but it was not that hot in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in rooms and no fans if you need when it gets hot.
Hotel provided breakfast was amazing. Very elegant dine in experience and huge variety and it was included free!
This hotel is close to a waterfall, 20 mins that you can get to easily. The hotel is newly built and everything is new and great conditon, organized bathrooms in small place.
Front desk, Frederick was very helpful. He helped us order food when we got there late
And to top it off, there is a halal restaurant with gyros, chicken wraps and pizza all halal. Very nice Syrian couple run the restaurant. Food was great.
Overall great place for a quiet stay in nature

It was surprising that we had to pay to use the spa, which se were not told until we left. Same with the parking, we were not told this was not included. But overall it is a nice hotel in a nice location

Great stay here. My girlfriend and I loved it. Rooms were great. Sauna was fantastic. The half board meal was delicious and the staff was superb. Great location a few steps from the Main Street, but far enough off of it to have some privacy. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely return.

Ich verreiste mit meiner Kollegin für ein entspanntes Wochenende nach Adelboden, um dem hektischen Berufsalltag zu entfliehen. Bereits beim Betreten des Hotels wurden wir von Guest Relations Managerin Anke herzlich und humorvoll begrüsst und während unseres Aufenthaltes liebevoll umsorgt und mit Ausflugstipps beraten. The parking situation is a bit strange (not that many spots and they give a card to get out of a nearby parking garage but the card wasn't working when we stayed there). Otherwise it was a nice hotel! A bit outdated but overall it was as nice or even a bit better than expected.
