旅行に訪れました。レマン湖からとても近くて良いのですが、エレベーターが止まる寸前に大きな音を立てるので怖かったが、それ以外は良かったです

駅から遠いので不便。中心部から離れてるのも不便。とにかく安いことだけがメリット。

スーツケースLとSを無料で夕方まで預かってくれました^_^その点だけでも大満足です、

あまりサービスに多くを期待してはいけません。他主要ホテル同様に市内公共交通無料パスはもらえます。レマン湖大噴水や旧市街もすぐそばで、コインランドリーも近くにあるので立地はとても良いです。バスルームは日本のビジネスホテル並みに狭いです。

客室は清潔。ベッドメイクも十分。ただし、日本人のゲストにとって常識だとおもっているような以下の備品は、標準では用意されていなかったので、注意が必要である。 ・歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉 ・湯沸しポット（フロントに頼めば貸してもらえる） ・剃刀 ・スリッパ 空港からのアクセスは非常に便利。10番Rive行きのバスで終点Rive駅まで行き、そこから歩いて10分程度。ジュネーブの名所である大噴水まで歩いて2分程度と非常に近く、湖沿いの公園は朝の散歩に最適。夜は静かなエリアなので、快適に滞在できる。 ただ、残念な点がいくつか見受けられた。 ・部屋備え付けのクローゼット内にプッシュ式デジタルキーのセキュリティボックスがあるが、電池切れなのか故障なのかわからないが正常に作動しない。 ・ミニバーにも、鍵式の小さなセキュリティボックスがあるが、肝心の鍵がどこにも見当たらない。 ・置時計が机の上に設置されているが、アラームをセットするボタンが壊れていてセットできない。 ・立地的に湖に面しているわけではないので、窓からの景色は期待出来ない。 とはいえ、リゾートホテルではないのでこの程度は許容範囲だと思います。朝出発し、夜は寝るだけといった使い方であれば、十分だと思います。

ジュネーブのホテルとしては平均的なのかと思いますが、周辺他国のホテルと比べると費用対効果は決して良くないです。 安く不満無く泊まれる無難なホテル。

다른건 다 좋은데, 너무 더움. 에어콘 안됨. 조그만한 선풍기 하나로 3박을 버팀. 선풍기만 80시간 넘게 틀고, 옷다벗고 선풍기 쐬면서 자면 겨우 버틸정도.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Jet d’eau and old town. The train station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The only issue, I had was that the hotel advertises in room safes. Whilst this is true, it must be stressed that none of the safes in the room’s work. This was confirmed to myself by the hotel staff. Which is a disappointment especially if you wish to keep your valuables in the safe.

Excellent location. But difficult to access because of multiple construction around (similar to the rest of Geneva!). Very small elevator. Breakfast was limited but good. Staff were very nice. We tried to contact hotel via emails prior to arrival for a month re public transit ticket but they didn’t not respond. When I called them , they cannot find our Expedia reservation. I needed to contact Expedia to confirm our reservation. However, it was in place when we arrived We had to pay for our trip from airport to the hotel. They provided free public transit parking on our arrival upon request. You need to ask for it. It was not offered during check in. It was disappointing that air conditioning did not work during our stay for 4 days. It was a heat wave and I booked this hotel to have AC. Overall, it is a good 3 star hotel at the excellent location with difficulty to communicate prior to arrival.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful when I arrived. However, AC was falsely advertised as an amenity for the room. Although it technically had an AC unit, it did not work at all. Geneva was a cooler temperature than my room during Europe’s highest recorded heatwave. I slept in a puddle of sweat every night and the staff could not provide a fan or any other alternative. I dreaded returning to my room every night because I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep longer than an hour. I would not recommend staying here during the summer.

Hotel Churchill is in a great location, one block from Lake Geneva. It is an older Hotel, but was clean & the breakfasts were very good. The staff was very nice as well! The only problem we had was the lack of air conditioning, as promised in the advertisement of the hotel. We had to open the windows for cool air at night, & it was very hot during the day. The AC worked one night, for just half the night. They need to install a new system. If that is an issue for you, I would not recommend this Hotel.

I had made my first booking at Hotel Churchill and when we got there we found out that our room was water damaged and uninhabitable. Claudio who welcomed us had then booked a new room for us at another hotel, a really nice room. He had taken care of all the costs and handled this in an exemplary manner. So we are very happy with how Hotel Churchill handled this and will of course book there again on our next visit to Geneva. All credit to Claudio.

We liked that it was located near high-end stores as well as other stores and souvenir shops. The food was delicious at the restaurants we ate at. We also liked being able to walk to grocery stores, breakfast places and the Jet d'eau. The travel card that they gave us helped us maneuver the bus, and water taxi schedules. We took the bus to the train station and spent a day in Gruyere. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also called a taxi for us at 4:15 a.m. the morning that we had to head to the airport. The room was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Quarto limpo e confortável. AC sempre funcionou bem. Internet gratuita e funciona bastante bem. Pequeno-almoço bom para 3*. Staff simpático e atencioso. O elevador avariou na noite da passagem de ano e nessa mesma noite foi reparado! Muito profissionais! Recomendo!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Enjoyable stay, wasn’t expecting too much, but was way better than I was expecting. Was expecting it to be a run down place. Staff were excellent, cosy large enough bedroom for our short stay. Large bath towels, soft and whiter than white. Didn’t use the mini bar as was locked. But did put items between window and shutter to keep cold, worked a treat. Shower holder was a little low, but plenty of hot water. Would recommend staying here if on a budget. Would hate liked a light above the mirror in the bedroom. Plenty of sockets and warm room.
