Our stay at Hotel de Londres was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The hotel’s location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Brig, within easy walking distance of the charming old town, shops, and the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was fantastic and truly authentic, with high-quality local products that made each morning feel special and very Swiss. It was the perfect way to start the day. What really made our stay stand out was the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel genuinely at home throughout our visit.

Staff was considerate - we arrived early and hoped to store our bags before check in. Staff got us into our room immediately. Breakfast and dining room was excellent. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. Would stay again. The only minor negative, room was over attached pub, which has club music playing until midnight.

By far the best hotel in Brig. I have grown up in Brig and now we are visiting every year for Christmas my relatives. Traveling from Singapore and staying in Londres always feels like to come home. I just suggest to pay a bit more for a larger room. From the modern room, great services provided by the lady staff to the amazing breakfast, we can only recommend this place. Living in Asia and used to good service, it is not always easy to please us. But this place is definitely doing it.

I saw some reviews complaining about the bar next to the hotel. That’s the only complaint I have. It was very loud. Someone even was drunk, yelled loudly and banged on the front door of the hotel. But I guess it was out of the hotel’s control.

Great place

Easily one of my favorite hotels that i’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and there’s something special about this place. It’s in the heart of the charming small town. The hotel is the perfect balance of personal and private. The kitchen is cozy yet updated and the views on the patio is the best view in town. The service was immaculate, I felt well taken care of the whole time. It was peaceful because the hotel is not crowded. I would go out of my way just to stay at this hotel again. It’s only a straight 4 minute walk to the train/bus station. The breakfast spread was also great. I’m not usually one for bread and jam but their bread and jam had me eating non stop! I’m so excited to come back.

The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful surroundings and scenery, and it’s fairly close to Brig train station. The staff was very friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even arranging an early check-in. Breakfast was lovely, with the staff personally attending to each guest to ensure the best experience.

Het hotel ligt aan een leuk pleintje met terrasjes. Dat is ook meteen het probleem. Ik heb 2 nachten geboekt en heb nauwelijks geslapen. De muziek en het gepraat (lees geschreeuw) hield tot 02.30 uur aan. De kamer was heel sober. De prijs behoorlijk hoog.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the hospitality was excellent. Should we ever return to Brig, I would stay again! Thank you!
