バス本数多い（3-5分毎にある）ので、アクセスすごく便利！！ エアコンで夏快適に過ごせた。 朝食おいしかった！シャンパンもあり最高です！ 1階には、フリードリンクあり、地下には、氷もありべんり！

スタッフが非常にフレンドリーで且つ親切丁寧な対応は助かりました。チェックアウトの日の午後まで市内バスの無料チケットは助かりました。朝食が美味しかった。

ルチェルン駅から徒歩15分くらいですが、川沿いや古い町並みを真っ直ぐに歩くので、分かりやすいです。 川沿いが観光名所なので、良いロケーションです。 真夏のとても暑い日はクーラーがないので、部屋も暑いです。

７泊しました。駅から歩いてスーツケースを運ぶのは難しいですが、旧市街へは徒歩圏内で長期滞在には抜群の立地、周りも静かです。スタッフは親切で、3星ということであまり期待していなかった朝食も充実していました。設備は日本のビジネスホテルと同等かやや劣るかもしれません。アメニティーは最小限そろっていますが、髪にこだわっている人ならコンディショナーは持参した方が良いです(妻は現地で買いました)。ともあれ、なにかと出費のかさむ夏のスイスの旅において、とてもコスパの高いホテルとしてお勧めです。

連休で混み合うルツェルンでしたが、朝食付きでなかなかお得なお値段と良い評価だったのでここに。地球の歩き方にも掲載されています。パーキングも有りと書いてありましたが、満車とのこと。でも、ホテル周辺の路駐スペースに空きを見つけて、24時間15フランで駐車できました。路駐スペースがない場合、徒歩5分の民間の駐車場に2日間出し入れ自由で45フランと言われました。三つ星なのでコーヒーメーカーとか冷蔵庫は無いしアメニティも最低限のもの。でも広いバスタブ付きで快適です。カペル橋まで徒歩10分程度で便利な場所です。フロントスタッフは英語がきちんと出来てみなさん親切でした！

Our stay was really good. We got a bigger room with the view of the mount Pilatus. We had some issues in our room on the first night of stay but they were all promptly resolved the next morning. The breakfast had a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and polite. They gave us good suggestions on travel to visit the local spots. The hotel was very close to the busstop that goes to the central and is in a 5min walking distance to the chapel bridge/old town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for stay over here.

I got this bucket list trip in January. I was supposed to be there in April for four nights. I have a bad knee. He was in contact with them in regards to my amenities, including, but not limited to air conditioner, Wi-Fi, breakfast, lower room, a soundproof room, and a refrigerator as selected on the app Hotels.com. Upon my arrival, I was on antibiotics and dealing with extreme back pain. I laid down in my room and proceeded to go have dinner. When I came back to my hotel. I noted there was no air-conditioning. Have him been raised in Florida. It's accustomed to and that's why I chose this hotel. I called downstairs and they told me to turn on the fan and open the window. This is unacceptable that is not a comfortable way for me to sleep. I asked for a sister Hotel none was given. I had to wait till the morning to talk to the manager, Mike. He was not very helpful or sympathetic to the fact that I had three tours booked, a train ticket already purchased and I refundable and I was going to fly back on Delta on the beds. He said he'd be refunded for the three nights, although he should've in my opinion refunded for. I was on the phone for three hours trying to get a flight out of there. Hotels.com was no help and instead of two planes. I had to go on three planes. I couldn't get the bed. I was up 24 hours and I lost money. So instead of refunding the money as he said, he would the manager instead he charged me again. So I stayed one night and the 😞😔😒☹️😕🙁😥👎👎👎👎👎👎

Everything was fantastic. From the moment we walked up the feeling was warm. A beautiful heritage building with warm welcoming and helpful staff. Breafast was very nice. Room was so cute and clean. Highly recommend.

Definitely old school charm (still uses a physical key for the doors), rooms seem to be soundproofed, only noise we heard was footsteps above us occasionally. They provide a fan in the room, hair dryer, body wash/shampoo, shower cap, and a mini fridge which are amenities not always provided in Europe. Breakfast is included and it is an excellent spread. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, starting at booking, they reached out and asked if we would need a baby cot in the room for our baby. At check in, Nathalie, was so nice and friendly and took the time to explain everything and even gave us a map of the surrounding area with reference points. Parking on site is limited (3 spots) but worth it to guarantee a close spot. We will definitely be staying here again when in Lucerne!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite large and comfortable with a nice street view. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The included breakfast was excellent. Our only nitpick was that there was no coffee or tea in the room. Free tea was available in the lobby, the sign said they would make you a cup of coffee for a fee. This is a minor detail though, I'd happily stay here again.
