シュピーツの中では随一の高級ホテル。外観～玄関まではわからないが、中は豪華。部屋の内装は新しく、快適。デザインが現代的すぎて、スイスらしさは望めないが、清潔好きな日本人にはむしろ良いのでないか。私の部屋にはトランクを開けるための台がなくて、不便だった。しかしもともと長期滞在用のホテルなのだろう、クローゼットは広い。ジャグジー、プール、サウナなど設備も充実。利用をお勧めしたいが、当地は男女別ではないので、女性には入りずらい。ジムは別館にあるということなので、使用しなかった。駅からホテルまでは下り、コロコロ、トランクを引きながら歩くのは全然ＯＫ。但し帰りは上りとなるので、非力な方は留意されたし。レストランも豪華、朝食もおいしい。

Hotel was lovely and wellness centre beautiful. We had a really angry man (the manager I think) serve us at breakfast and he was really rude and ignored us when we would try to get his attention to order something. After about 20 minutes we finally got another girls attention and she then got our order wrong and the man blamed us and was not nice about their mistake.

Overall a nice stay in a lovely room with air conditioning and a beautiful view. Despite the large book of information provided on the desk, however, a proper explanation of how to function the room was lacking. There were switches for lights, curtains, and AC, but poorly labeled and difficult to understand what controlled what. Additionally, food options at both the hotel and in the area were lacking. We tried to call for room service one night and were told that it was too busy and to come downstairs to order. We proceeded downstairs where it was unclear where to go as no one was at reception. Eventually we decided to just sit in the bar area and order food where we were told the kitchen was closing in 20 minutes, despite having called down an hour and a half prior. They did provide transportation to the train station when we checked out, which was appreciated. This hotel seems best suited for those who eat and go to bed early. Overall it was nice, but will probably stay in a livelier area next time.

Wonderful property! Great views of lake Thun. Helpful, friendly and bilingual staff (I speak English). Superior double room was fantastic! Large, clean, modern, great balcony with great view. Spa was ridiculously nice and included (save massages)! Underground parking included too if you are touring, which we were. Probably my favorite stay ever, anywhere to be honest and my teen and young adult children felt the same which is not always easy. Worth the price and short walking distance to boat station too if you are headed to St. Beatus or cruising.

Lovely hotel, nicely located, luxurious and friendly staff. Most importantly, air conditioned rooms. The breakfast was good but unfortunately they had delicious selective options available that we didn’t know about until our last morning out of four we spent there. Aside from the breakfast buffet there was a piece of paper put on the table that we thought it was part of the table decoration. When we picked the paper on the last morning and flipped it open it had different breakfast offerings (fried eggs, omelets, etcs) that you could order from the kitchen. It was really delicious upon order. We wished they had mentioned this during their welcome every morning when they asked for our room number. I think I’m still coming back to this hotel.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Perfect location with views of the mountains and lake. Friendly efficient staff. Excellent breakfast in beautiful dining room. Outdoor dining terrace.Full amenities including pool, spa etc.easy walk down to the lake and hourly bus uphill from the lake will also take you to Spiez railway station, convenient for connections to all parts of Switzerland. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful stay at Eden. We were picked up from the train station and checked in quickly. The room was phenomenal with a view over the lake to the Alps. We could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the goats walk around. The breakfast buffet hot food was a bit cold, but you could order fresh eggs a la carte which was perfect. A good selection of food and good coffee. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were impeccable. We also had a massage with Jasone, one of the best ever, she was very experienced. The town of Spiez was great to walk around, a perfect stay, thanks to all the staff for making it so lovely.

올해 아내와의 결혼 5주념을 기념해서 스위스 여행을 10일간 택했고, 그 중 3박을 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 슈피츠가 워낙 조용한 곳이어서, 볼거리가 없고 지루할까봐 걱정했습니다만, 그 모든것은 기우였습니다. 화창한 날씨에 산책을 하고 비오는 날에는 호텔의 시설을 잔뜩 이용하며 휴양했습니다. 너무나 아름다운 정원과, 훌륭한 피트니스실을 가진 호텔입니다. 오후2시부터 진행되는 케잌뷔페까지! 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 그리고 무엇보다, 스위스에서의 10일간의 여행에서 가장 친절한 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 또다시 스위스에 방문한다면 주저없이 이 호텔을 선택하겠습니다. 다시 만날 그날까지, 모두들 건강하세요!

올해 아내와의 결혼 5주념을 기념해서 스위스 여행을 10일간 택했고, 그 중 3박을 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 슈피츠가 워낙 조용한 곳이어서, 볼거리가 없고 지루할까봐 걱정했습니다만, 그 모든것은 기우였습니다. 화창한 날씨에 산책을 하고 비오는 날에는 호텔의 시설을 잔뜩 이용하며 휴양했습니다. 너무나 아름다운 정원과, 훌륭한 피트니스실을 가진 호텔입니다. 오후2시부터 진행되는 케잌뷔페까지! 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 그리고 무엇보다, 스위스에서의 10일간의 여행에서 가장 친절한 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 또다시 스위스에 방문한다면 주저없이 이 호텔을 선택하겠습니다. 다시 만날 그날까지, 모두들 건강하세요!
