アッペンチェルの町の中心にあるホテル。旧市街の古い建物を転用しているため、ホテル内の機能性は今一つ。眺望も期待できない。ただ、部屋は広い目にとられていて、シャワーも座れるようになっているなど、快適性への工夫は評価できる。当地は高い山こそないが、スイスらしい田園風景がつづき、ハイキングには最適。３連泊以上すると周辺地域の交通機関の無料パス（博物館の入館なども含む）が提供される。

スタッフの人が親切。快適なホテル 場所もいい所にあるし、いいホテルですが教会の鐘が問題。 アッぺンツェルもおすすめの町です。

Very nice room and it was very quiet. Everything were fine for me.

教会の真ん前のホテルです。早朝から夜遅くまで、定時に鐘が鳴り響きますので、気になる人は気になると思いますが、窓を閉めておけばそれほど響きませんでした。 ホテルそのものは、内装が改装されており、きれいになっています。 朝食もチーズが大変豊富で美味しかったです。 アッペンツェルは、高地の観光地と違って、水道の水がぬるいので、冷蔵庫がないのが残念です。

Aussicht vom Fenster aus eingeschränkt, dafür ruhig. Nebel können Sie nicht beeinflussen. Der Aufenthalt in Appenzell war sehr schön und wird weiter empfohlen!

Lovely hotel. Easy walk from the train station. Very large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

We would have rated this hotel a 4.5 -- it fell just short of 5 because of a few quirks. But the location is ideal for staying in Appenzell -- near the heart of town but just off the busiest streets. The staff were very helpful. The included breakfast was quite nice. Our room looked out onto a rooftop and a wall, with a peekaboo view of the lovely countryside, and getting to it required climbing a few stairs.

Excellent, very helpful staff. A super room (we were upgraded) with sinks in the large bedroom and the WC. Up-to-date, but with beautiful wood joinery. Fine breakfast, with a gluten-free option. Elevator and library and a good location a few hundred yards from the main square. No restaurant, but there are many others nearby, including at their partner Hotel Romantic Santis on the main square. Has a same-day laundry service. Only drawback is lack of parking, but you can stop in front to load and unload, then park in the public parking.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The sister hotel, Hotel Romantik Santis, was also excellent. The sauna is located offsite (not at Hecht) but was easy to reserve. Also, I highly recommend the restaurant at Santis. The food, wine menu, and service were outstanding.

Excellent room with breakfast included. Perfect space to rest and to be relaxed.

We had a lovely stay, especially with an unexpected upgrade to a suite with a terrace. Staff was super welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding.

Central in old town Appenfell, easy to train station, quaint town, non touristy end of August. A gem of a getaway.

Wonderful. Wonderful location to the train, town squares, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very kind and intuitive. They met all our needs. The breakfast was perfect for us and great coffee. We reserved a triple and the hotel upgraded us to a spacious triple with a view of the mountains. I highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay at Hecht. Very helpful staff. Only downside is that the hotel is in front of a church that rings bells every 15 min even at night. Breakfasts are really good! Location is amazing!! 4 mins away from train station.

Very good location, only about 4 mins walk from the bahnhof. There is no hot water for tea or coffee after 8pm. It will help very much if pots are provided.

Tolles Hotel, ich fand das Zimmer in echt schöner als auf den Fotos. Service sehr freundlich, unkompliziert & schnell.
