オテル ポルタ チェルヴィーノ

Tasch駅まで徒歩数分の便利なところにあるホテルです。サービスのボトルウォーターやスリッパも置いてあるし、充電差し込み口も多く、非常に使い勝手が良いホテルです。

新しくとても綺麗なホテルでした。 到着した日は夜遅かったのですが、翌朝は山が部屋からも見えて、周辺を散歩しました。 ウェルカムドリンクのサービスがあり、ラウンジでビールを頂きました。スイスのビールが美味しかったです。 お部屋は洗練されていて、スリッパがついていたのが良かったです。記念に持って帰りました。1泊だけでしたが、また訪れたら利用したいと思います。 笑顔で接してくれたスタッフの方々ありがとうございました。

Brilliant place, it's a 1-minute walk from the train station and is close to all shops. It is at the foothills of the mountains nearby and the views are breathtaking.

Amazing location and friendly people.

Very welcoming staff throughout the hotel. Shuttle driver is super engaging and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel es muy moderno. La habiymuy amplia, con terraza. Las camas son cómodas con dos tipos de almohadas. El hotel está muy próximo a la estación de tres para subir a zermat. Te ofrecen parking cubierto a buen precio.

Hotel con muy buena ubicacion para visitar Zermatt en un dia. Atencion del servicio muy buena, habitaciones grandes y luminosas. Hotel nuevo.

I really liked the hotel it was less then a year since the opening, only thing is that there was no water from 13h00 to 16h00, and we where not advised in advanfe?

We had the “family room” which was really nice because it had two rooms adjoined with a little hall that was separate from the main hall. Very modern and new. The rooms were a little hot and we didn’t have a thermostat. We opened the windows but it was a little loud outside to sleep. Check in was great. There’s paid parking on site but that was the cheapest thing we had in all of Switzerland and they give a discount with a validation which was nice. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train that takes you to Zermatt. They even give you free drinks at check in. All of that was great. The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast was also great…including mimosas!! The only negative was the restaurant for lunch and dinner. They just really weren’t nice. We sat down where other people had just been sitting and then they told us we couldn’t sit there. I was given the same dirty plate not once but twice (and I mean there were pretty large pieces of croissant on the plate) with no apology. My husband and I were going to share a pizza and they only brought me silverware. I said he was eating too and they brought the silverware but no napkin. They didn’t offer us water or anything. We had two different waitstaff on two different occasions and both were rude to us. So, although the food was good, it put a damper on the mood.

loved the interior design

The hotel was well located, just 5 minutes from the train station. Breakfast was solid, wifi strong, and rooms were quiet.

Great stay. Rooms have 2x usb (2 and 3) sockets as well as with pin sockets. Unsure if air con is working in room 36 as the dial next to the door doesn’t seem to achieve anything. Lovely hotel and would recommend. Kettle and fridge plus coffee maker and pods supplied.

Good experience. No air conditioning. Not a problem most days of the year but it was a hot day. Brand new hotel & very nice.

I LOVED this hotel. At first, I thought I had misbooked because we didn't pay that much (our stay was around June 14th), but it was a beautiful hotel. The wood floors, Nespresso machine, window overlooking the Alps, and spacious, beautiful bathroom were amazing. Now, as far as the town itself, there's not a lot to do, but we slept in, trained to Zermatt (15 min) and saw the Matterhorn. At the end of our day in Zermatt, we trained back, slept in our beautiful hotel room and paid a very good price. Personally, because it was chilly at night and in the morning anyway, we didn't go out until about noon. So for us, it was perfect to stay outside of Zermatt for a much lower price, great room quality, and a quick and pretty train ride to Zermatt. I really didn't feel like we missed out on anything by not staying in Zermatt. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
