ホテル ソメラウ ティチーノ

部屋にエアコンがなかった。朝食は満足できるものであった。修学旅行生がいてうるさかった。周辺の環境は良かった。

チューリヒから近郊列車で約15分、駅から徒歩7分ぐらいで駅前とホテル前にスーパーがあります。 部屋は、清潔で寝るだけなら十分でした。 wifiも問題なかったです。 朝食も期待してなかったけど必要十分でした。 2泊しましたが、チューリヒ拠点にするのに最適だと思います。 価格も相場を考えると安めでした。

チューリッヒ郊外？　チューリッヒから離れているので　とても静かでしたが、移動に費用がかかる分、どうだったのかなぁ？と考えます。 遅くについたので、フロントの方が英語は全くＮＧらしく、つたない英語で話しても首を傾げられてあきれられました（初日でしたのでちょっとショックでしたね。） 中は静かで快眠でした。

Housekeeping check: In unserem Zimmer hatte es Frottéwäsche nur für 1 Person. Fernbedinung für TV war nicht vorhanden. Frühstück war fein mit guter Auswahl. Aber für den Cappuccino gibt es keine Tassen! Nein, man muss ihn aus einem Coca-Cola Glas trinken!!! Und dies im Hotel das noch den "Ticino" trägt! No grazie! Gratis Parkplatz = Nicht üblich "Dankschön"!

Ottima colazione. Stanza bollente, abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre. C'erano almeno 20-30 coccinelle nella stanza. Non so se è per la stagione o c'era qualche nido. Innocue ma magari qualcuno potrebbe lamentarsi.

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit einer schlechten Matratze und kleinen Kissen, sodass ich mit Schmerzen in den Schultern und im Nacken aufgewacht bin. Es gab kaum Platz, um rund um das Bett zu gehen, und sowohl ein Nachttisch als auch eine Nachttischlampe fehlten, ebenso wie eine Steckdose neben dem Bett zum Laden eines Mobiltelefons. Das Zimmer wirkte eher wie ein Einzelzimmer, in das einfach ein Doppelbett gestellt worden war. Zudem gab es keine Vorhänge oder Jalousien, um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln – nur eine Gardine, durch die die Nachbarn problemlos hineinschauen konnten. Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Well priced hotel which is very close to the railway station. Simple and clean.

Okej för att stanna på under genomresa. Men luftkonditionering undermålig. Priset alldeles för högt för ett enkelt rum.

Sad to say this has been the worst hotel experience, The rooms are like saunas in the summer with 40 degrees no air conditioning and no fan, rude and condescending front desk staff not helpful at all when we asked for a fan they said to take a cold shower instead. The air conditioning is somehow stronger in the hallway of the hotel but none in the rooms.

Terrible stay, 30oC in room, no aircon, no fans available- told to “take a cold shower” instead

I arrived and got to my first room (106). Room was so hot (29 degrees celsius), no ac in the room. I went for the toilet and instantly noticed some black hairs on the bathroom door and also at the bottom of the tub. Next thing i noticed was some flies flying around the room. I managed to kill one and this was the point i decided to go back to reception to complain about the situation. Receptionist started to circuling around the complaints which honestly was pretty irritating ”this is so weird, hasn’t happened ever before, maybe maid had window open and flies came in cuz of that”. She then decided to give me another room (124) that had been cancelled by someone else. When i went back to my first room to pick up my stuff, the key didn’t work. Had to reactivate it at reception. Now i was onto checking the 2nd room, which also had some black hairs in the tub, bathroom counter, and the big shower towel. Toilets bowl was also filthy. Second rooms temperature was at least same as the 1st ones. It was like sauna to say the least, no ac just a little table fan. Next thing i noticed was this huge spider crawling on the ceiling that i had to kill. I waited until the sun went down so i could open the windows to cool down the room. When i opened the windows i noticed that every single window had massive spider webs and spiders crawling all over the place. At least few managed to get inside that i also killed. Room key stopped working for this room too once and i had once again go to recp
