This was a great place to stay with a toddler. Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was a short 10 minute walk to the subway/bus station. The breakfast was sufficient ( eggs, cold cuts, croissants, bread and cereal). We really loved the lattes and the staff. Would stay here again.

毎日、タオルを変えてくれなかったのは少し不満ですが、静かで部屋も清潔ですごしやすかった。
別棟に宿泊だったので一度階段を経由しなければいけなかったので荷物が多いと大変かもしれない

Staffs were friendly. I stayed in a double room with my wife. The room was a little bit small .
I came from Zurich HB by train and bus.It was hard for a stranger to get to the hotel . There were shops and restaurants near the hotel.
I think it is expensive for their room and equipments.

スタンダードの部屋にはクーラーがなく、かなり暑くて眠れませんでした。
窓をあけても暑い、しかも外は大きな道路があるのでけっこううるさかったです。
部屋は清潔で、トラムの駅前、コープが一階にあって便利です。夏場はオススメできませんが、冬場は便利でよいかもしれません。
電気ケトル、冷蔵庫はついていません。
ペットボトルの水と、フルーツがタダでもらえます。

We stayed here one night for a layover in Zurich before moving further east. We drove from Zurich airport and found the hotel very easily with plenty of parking around the back. The hotel is basic, but exactly what I would expect from a 3-star. There was no air conditioning but our room did have a fan which was fine. Our room faced onto the square, but had two sets of windows so blocked out all noise which was nice. Plenty of eating options around, and not far from the city centre by car. There was also a tram/bus stop right outside, but we didn't use it.

Good location and value for money for an expensive city. Only 5 mins away from city centre by train. Breakfast is good and good value for Switzerland, other food offered later for lunch and dinner is overpriced and staff wasn't too friendly at the restaurant the night qe had dinner

Walking into the bathroom has a slight step up, which is enough to cause a fall, but not clearly marked. This is an accident waiting to happen. I reported this to the front desk and was told that it was common.
This is not a problem that she could solve.

Pros:
-Facilidades limpias.
-Habitaciones comodas y limpias.
-Accesible a transporte publico, tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados.
Cons:
-Habitaciones no tienen AC. Hay que abrir las -ventanas y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle.
Te dan un abanico(ventilador) de pedestal para resolver.
-Recepcion tiene personal hasta las 9pm.
-El staff del buffette de desayuno no es amable, tardan mucho en surtir la comida. No tienen capacidad para manejar muchas personas a la vez.

We had a problem with our room.smelling and it got worse. The staff asked us to run all the water in the bathroom (which was yellow) and that stopped the smell. They said our room hadn't been occupied in awhile. All good after that.
