街中にあるためホテルに駐車場はありませんが、バレーサービスが素晴らしく、車の使用にストレスを一切感じませんでした。 ホテルスタッフの対応も良いです。 また利用したいです。

close to eveything, able to walk most of the downtown Geneva see all the attractions, many restaurants to choose from

A disappointing first day at a Usually Reliable Chain As a frequent guest of NH Hotels across Europe, I have come to associate the brand with a certain standard of quality and comfort. It was with this expectation that I booked a superior room at the NH Collection Amsterdam city, and even paying a premium for what I anticipated would be an enhanced experience. Unfortunately, my stay was anything but superior and left me feeling thoroughly let down. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that the "superior" designation and extra cost did not translate into better amenities. The offerings were basic at best and certainly not what I have come to expect from this tier of room at other NH properties. However, the most significant issue was the noise. It was relentless, permeating the room throughout the day and, most disturbingly, all through the night. Sleep was a luxury I was not afforded. The walls seemed paper-thin, and the central location, while convenient, became a major drawback due to the constant street noise. Compounding the problem was the disruptive behaviour of the housekeeping staff in the mornings. The clamour in the corridor was so excessive it sounded as though they were wrestling with their trolleys. This level of internal noise is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a profound lack of consideration for sleeping guests. This experience has been a considerable stain on my otherwise positive perception of the NH Hotel group.

Fabulous old fashioned hotel with superb service and modern bathrooms. Great location near old town

The hotel was excellent with friendly staff. Very satisfied with everything. The location was great too.

Konum olarak mükemmeldi hizmet kalitesi performans olarak çok iyiydi sadece Family suit’te kaldığımız için iki katlı odadaydık oda içindeki merdivenden sadece dışarı çıkıp girilebiliyordu iki ayrı oda içinde ayrı giriş çıkış kapısı olsaydı daha konforlu olacaktı

Beautiful property, great service. Perfect location walk to everything including all of Old Town. It is located on a pedestrian mall with difficult, so an out of town taxi had trouble finding the location

The Family Suite was great as space but the condition of the carpet & walls was aged

It was a little bit of an off experience. The decor of the room as more than a little odd, the bathroom had a hand shower in the tub with no glass. There was very limited vanity space (this is likely what bothered me most). I get this is meant to be a European experience; however, I expected a bit more of given the status of the property. The bar wasn’t really a bar, it was more of a parlor with drink service. Okay I suppose, was looking for more of a lobby “vibe”. Everything was super clean and comfortable, staff very accommodating - perhaps just not aligned with my personal preferences.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm located in the best spot of Geneva and old town. We all enjoyed our stay. There were six adults in our family ski trip in three hotel rooms. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of our ski trip before we drove to Chamonix, in the middle before everyone went their way traveling through France and Italy and again my husband and I came back at the end for one more night before we flew home back to the states. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful! Highly recommend
