Hôtel Les Armures

A nicely maintained traditional European hotel with cleanly renovated rooms. As it is located in the center of the old town, views from windows are buildings and sunshine was not expected. The hotel was very nice and staff was great with hospitality, but I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel restaurant which seems to be famous among tourists. Restaurant staff apparently get tired of tourists, and I was disappointed that they brought us sparkling water and Sprite though we asked for a glass of sparkling wine and Lemonade. When I asked about Sprite, their explanation was the bottled Sprite was Lemonade, which suprised and disapponted me a lot. I asked the hotel reception whether they didn't serve Lemonade and the person at the reception said that they had Lemonade. I'm just curious if the restaurant staff really believed Sprite was Lemonade, which is disappointing and surprising in any way. They lacked patience and respect when we ordered of food - I'm still trying to understand if it was because I was an Asian female with a kid (though he was behaving well) or why. Their behavior when they brought Japanese menu when they misunderstood my question was arrogant and that was also very disappointing and ruined my last night in Geneva.

駅からスーツケースを下げて、とはいかないが旧市街の入口にあり市内散策には適した立地。部屋は清潔で暖かく、アメニティ類も行き届いている。朝食は種類が非常に多いとは言えないが、クオリティは高いと思う。レマン湖の眺めは散歩がてら湖畔まで行って楽しむ、という人には間違いなくお勧めできるホテル。

２月末の２泊の利用でした。穏かな天気と観光客が少ないことでゆったりとすごすことができました。ホテルの朝食は洗練された美味しいものでした。特に自家製のクロワッサンは絶品です。ロケーションは旧市外の真ん中、史跡が近くにあり、ローヌ通りやレマン湖など散歩がてらに歩く街並も楽しめ、夏でもレマン湖畔でなく、またここに泊りたいですね。

The rooms were excellent! Staff was very helpful spoke English.

Beautiful boutique hotel, Darya the front staff super helpful and welcoming. Loved every second of our stay. Definitely recommend going to their restaurant as well. The food was amazing.

This hotel is charming and has everything you need! We loved the coziness of the rooms and the staff was so helpful and accommodating! Their restaurant is the best for fondue! Even the Genevans eat there :)great location in old town as well!

This small boutique hotel was elegant and we had a wonderful stay..highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we checked in they were so attentive. It was my birthday and David and his staff sent me a personal birthday card along with Swiss chocolates..very nice touch ❤️ great location, very clean with nice restaurant attached. They recommended and helped us book things to do and see and eat. We will definitely be back!!

A beautiful, historic hotel in a fantastic location. Service was impeccable and the room was very clean, and very comfortable. There is a lovely lounge on the ground floor and a beautiful breakfast room upstairs. Right outside the hotel is a little garden area with a fountain and a gorgeous, enormous tree. The hotel is in the center of the historic Old Town, just up the hill from the lake. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had incredible water pressure, the bedding was soft, the towels were plush and the room had excellent air conditioning. I would not hesitate to stay here again, if we return to Geneva.

The photos of this hotel do not do it justice. It is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Wonderful bed linens, extremely comfortable rooms and a great breakfast if you opt to have it in the hotel. The best Fondue restaurant in Geneva is also in the hotel.

Wonderful place the other reviews were correct I would definitely stay there again. The rooms are cleaned but upgraded and have such a neat feeling. Very friendly staff and easy to walk everywhere.

Maravilloso hotel, con muchos detalles, decoraciòn muy bella, con mucho encanto de diseño y decoraciòn. Servicio y atenciòn excelente. Me encantò que puedes tomar café o té en el lobby pero en una sala muy bella a un costado. Tiene el restaurante más famoso y delicioso del casco històrico. Muy céntrico, fácil caminas a todas partes y accesibilidad a medios de transporte. Muy recomendable, nos ha encantado 👏👏👏👏

Perfect location in the old city. The hotel is clean and most inviting. The reception desk couldn't be nicer. A wonderful and relaxing weekend in Geneva

Excellent location, but you do need to take a taxi from the station or airport if you have luggage. Great for those that can walk up and down steep stairs or hills. Service is fantastic , hotel is very clean and beautiful , comfortable bathrooms, bedrooms had a good size . I would totally stay here again , this is my 2nd time in Geneva . You are so close to shops , restaurants , the lake and much more !
