My room is studio size, but it's okay for 1 person, and it's very clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful, not far from Bern station, great experience!

息子2人との家族旅行で年末を過ごしました。ホテルは中心部にとても近く、ベルン中央駅まではバス/トラムで4分です。ホテルからもらった交通バウチャーは無料でとても便利でした。食事はまあまあでした。サービスとスタッフは素晴らしく、親切でした。次回の旅行でもぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいと思っています！

Excellent stay. Lovely service. We had one of the smaller rooms but the space was designed nicely. We loved that the metro pass was included, and the breakfast was fantastic! Also, super quick and easy to/from the main train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel while visiting Bern. Easy to hop on the bus (free with a pass from the hotel) and head to old town to walk around. The breakfast was excellent, many options. We used the hotel parking which was convenient.

Modern spacious and great bar area. We had a really big family room on second floor which was ideal for us with two young children. Free transport into the city from either a bus or tram from just outside the hotel, again perfect when travelling with young children. Wish we’d stayed longer

· Excellent Breakfast: Wide variety of fresh and tasty options. A real standout.
· Attentive Staff: The reception team was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling.
· Great Freebies: Coffee, tea, and water available all day in the lobby were a much-appreciated perk.
The Weak Points (Cons):
· Bathroom Issue: The shower floor isn't properly leveled, causing water to flood the entire bathroom floor—a major functionality and safety concern.
· Very Compact Rooms: The room was typically Ibis: functional but very small and cramped, especially for two people or longer stays.

Ibis Bern Style is a great hotel, well located, comfortable, and practical. My experience was very positive, and the staff is attentive. Breakfast is very good and worth paying for separately. The only remark is about the shower, which lets some water leak into the sink area. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Quarto padrão Ibis Styles, com ótimo café da manhã. Travesseiros um pouco mais moles que o padrão.
A TV do quarto estava programada para ligar-se automaticamente às 4h00 a.m., o que atrapalhou as duas noites de sono que tivemos lá. De resto, segue bem o padrão global da rede.

Incredibly accommodating. The hotel is 50 meters from a big bus stop. And in six minutes you get to the old town. The hotel itself is modern and functional. The staff is very sympathetic (especially the guy who helped us in Italian!). Great breakfast and a funny room—as stated somewhere else, for seasoned couples as the toilet is beyond a thin door with the shower. Funny anyway. I cannot suggest this hotel more: the price is very low compared to the commodities.
