Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not pleasant overall. The room did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. We even found a clothing item that appeared to belong to a previous guest, which made us question the cleanliness standards. The carpet also looked dirty and poorly maintained. Another thing that we found very disappointing was the parking situation. The hotel has its own parking area, yet guests are still charged separately for overnight parking. We have stayed in many hotels before and this is honestly the first time we experienced something like this. If a hotel offers parking for guests, we believe it should at least be included or made much clearer in advance. In addition, one staff member at the front desk was quite rude to us while we were having dinner. We were told that we could not eat in that area, which was completely fine since we did not know the rules, but the way we were spoken to felt unnecessarily unfriendly and disrespectful. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Good experience at that hotel. I did not take my breakfast there so I cannot comment on it. Well located. Walking distance to train station to visit Zurich and close to many grocery options.
