We loved our room, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the shower was great with plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking was free and easy, a huge bonus in acountry with limited parking. A great restaurant is a two minute walk away and a Coop grocery store is about a seven minute walk. I stayed here last year and again this year will stay again any

This was for me a new experience with a hotel without frontdesk but everything is arranged by virtual check-in. There is no breakfast service but you can access a dining room, there is a coffee machine and fridges with sandwiches and soft drinks.
The room was super nicely renovated, everything was good and I had a good stay.

Let me just start by saying that the room I had was very spacious. I came as a solo female traveler and it felt comfortable being there the whole time. House keeping came on my second day there and did amazing I appreciated that they did not disrupt anything in the room and left it how I had felt most comfortable. I will say that I can see this place getting hot in the summers due to lack of AC. It was a bit noisy at times at night because of lack of respect from other guests so I do wish they had some type of noise control in that aspect. My biggest con was check in just because I did not feel like it’s very clear. Had someone else not helped me to get into the hotel I would’ve definitively be lost. So I feel that signs should be posted and more clear so that others don’t have the same issue. I was not the only person confused because during my 5 days there I saw at least two other people standing in the front confused as well so that can use some improvement. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from a station which is great. The location of this hotel is in a small town and there are a couple places walking distance such as a grocery store and a few restaurants but just beware of business hours. My overall stay was very pleasant and if I were in Switzerland again I would consider staying here again. I definitely recommend!

Overall it was an okay stay. We initially got lost trying to find the checkin. It is NOT in the back of the hotel as described in our welcome email. You checkin in on the main level in the building right next door to the parking. We went up and down stairs trying to find the checkin and there are parts of the hotel (the downstairs storage) that were sketch. Our room was actually pretty decent and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Warning- The hotel is right across the street from a church and the church bells go off every 15 minutes. They kept me awake one of the nights. Checkout was easy on the tablet.

The hotel is a total bait and switch. The nice little lobby they show in the pictures is just a broken down kitchen with a cooler. I will say the actual bet and bathrooms where very clean but the entire building is old and not clean or comfortable.
We arrived late are first night. The no one ever gave us their “reservation number” inn had what was provided by hotels.com and it was not working. Due to poor cell service I was unable to contact the company and we had to go purchase another hotel. The next day we tried to go during day time which is when we really noticed it was 100% not as advertised. I asked to cancel my stay. Management refused to do anything about either night.

Room was nice and spacious. Not a king bed, 2 twins pushed together, so slept on a twin. No refrigerator or microwave, and no coffee refillled during room cleaning or anything, which was fairly disappointing as one who needs caffeine in the morning. Other that that it was fine.

J'ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel du lundi 21 au vendredi 25. Le 3ème soir (mercredi) quand je suis arrivée la porte de ma chambre était ouverte. Probablement depuis le moment où la personne qui est supposée faire le ménage est passée. Je dis supposée faire car, à part enlever les serviettes et tapis de bain utilisés, sans les remplacer, elle n'a rien fait d'autre, même pas vider les 2 poubelles.

Detta är ett väldigt bra boende, det är enkelt att checka in och ut, det är väldigt enkelt att parkera och hotellet har bra med platser att stå på.
Det ligger väldigt centralt och det är gångavstånd till både restauranger, mataffär och övrig shopping.
Boendet är rent och fräscht med sköna sängar.

This property is in the rural town. We didn’t have coffee maker or microwave. No one on the property for customer service. The clock tower sounds bell every 15 mins and at the hour. No Uber service late evening like 8 pm.

Udmærket sted til overnatning.
Indcheckning dog noget besværligt. Især hvis man ikke har hentet app’en inden.
Lille og Dårlige parkeringsforhold pga vejarbejde igennem hele byen så måtte holde andet sted en af dagene. Tror også den blev brugt af nogen som ikke var gæster til hotellet.

Impossible de s’enregistrer à notre arrivée. Le numéro de réservation n’est pas celui d’hôtels.com
J’ai du appeler le numéro de l’hôtel à mes frais pour qu’ils m’envoient le numéro de réservation à utiliser. Selon eux c’était à hôtels.com de me l’envoyer…
L’hôtel est correct avec un parking intérieur et 2 parkings extérieur.
La chambre était assez grande pour 3 personnes.
Point négatif : l’hôtel est toujours accessible pour toute personne voulant y venir… une porte se ferme la nuit mais il reste toujours une porte ouverte au niveau de l’escalier de la cours intérieure.
On a passé 3 nuits et les verres et tasses de nos chambres n’ont jamais été changés ou lavés.
Trop cher pour aucun service.

Der Ceck-In hat gut funktioniert.
Dann mussten wir die Koffer in die 1. Etage schleppen, da es keinen Aufzug gab.
Das Zimmer lag zur Strasse, von aussen mit einem Bretter-Verschlag versehen, so dass wenig Luft eindringen konnte. Es war sehr heiss- da es auch keine Klimaanlage gab. Vor dem Haus befand sich eine Baustelle, der Verkehr rollte die ganze Nacht. Ausserdem ständige An- und Abreise- Geräusche und eine Kirchenglocke, die aller viertel Stunden läutete.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ok, auch das Badezimmer modern und sauber, jedoch ohne jegliche Kosmetikartikel( ausser Duschbad).
Das sogenannte " Wohnzimmer" war extrem stickig heiss und ungemütlich.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finden wir in keinster Weise angemessen.

The upstairs room was made by converting an attic. It would get so hot that the inside room temperature would go to around 90F (32 C). I was sweating constantly even 2 mins after taking shower. When complained, they said they could provide a fan but they never did. Also the town is a dead town. Everything closes at 5pm Saturday, everything is closed on Sunday, I mean everything! It opens back up on Monday. It would be much better to get a hotel in Bern than this dead town.
