清潔感があり、スタッフ方の対応がとても親切です。 うっかりセキュリティボックスの上に貴重品を置き忘れてしまいチェックアウトしてしまいました。 完全に諦めていましたが、全て袋に入れて保管しておいて頂きました。 レマン湖が一望出来、スーパー、カフェなど近くにあるので大変便利です。 また絶対に利用したいと思います。

きれいで快適でした。 部屋に冷蔵庫やコーヒーのセットがあれば文句なし。

Staff was amazing, hotel was fantastic, the view is spectacular, the area is nice clean and quiet and a minutebwalk from the train. How ever dont expect a mini bar or a tea and coffe machine in the room.. nothing available after 11 or 12.midnight... all shops in area close as well as no.room service. If you dan do with out them then you will have a great time... we absolutely did and the restaurant is also great. Taxi to downtown geneva is between 40 and 50 swiss francs ... how ever u can take the train for free of you get the voucher from the hotel. Thanks lake geneva hotel .. we loved our stay

Nagativ sehr lauter Fluglärm bis 22.00 Uhr Negativ schlechte Aufmerksamkeit des Personal (vor allem Terasse und Speisesaal)

Zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Hauptstrasse am See entlang günstig gelegen, in Gehdistanz zu verschiedenen Restaurants und Geschäften. Positiv auch, dass genügend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden sind. Fluglärm muss erdultet werden. Zimmer entsprechen den Abbildungen, der Komfort ist nicht umwerfend, aber durchaus korrekt; Gleiches gilt für das Frühstück. Das Restaurant (= auch Frühstücksraum) zeugt nach meinem Geschmack vom tragischen Versagen des Innenarchitekten. Der Raum ist in seiner Ungemütlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Dabei wäre die Speisekarte sogar recht ansprechend - aber ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, dass sich jemand freiwillig dort aufhalten würde.

Un'ottima struttura si può parcheggiare al coperto con posti riservati ai clienti del hotel, colazione completa di qualsiasi cosa ricca e di qualità e il check-in e il check-out è stato velocissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente ci tornerei senza battere ciglio. La stanza aveva una bellissima vista direttamente sul lago, hotel pulito e silenzioso e la disponibilità del personale è al top

Parking a little confusing, but figured it out. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows we had while in Switzerland. Breakfast was amazing.

Gorgeous view out of the Lakeview room, lots of bugs outside of the windows, however so you cannot open the windows as there are no bug screens. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM just FYI, but it is very good. Staff is friendly. Beer is cheap and again the views are absolutely breathtaking and away from the main city so it is quiet. Train station is right behind the hotel very convenient to get around.

It is our second time staying at Hotel Lake Geneva and we have enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of Lac Leman. The staff is friendly and responsible. Our room was large, very functional and it would have been nice to have an extra armchair and a mini fridge.

Great hotel, lake view is spectacular! Rooms are spacious, clean and even though you can’t change the temp with eco laws, it was incredibly comfortable and cool even during a heatwave weekend trip. Not too far from the centre and really accessible by car as well as public transport. Would come to this hotel again and highly recommend it!
