施設は古く、ドアは外も内も鍵で回す。部屋は普通。
スリッパがなかったり、シャンプーの使い方が分からなかったり、もう少し日本のビジネスホテルくらいの準備があると嬉しい。

non mi è piaciuto: il rumore proveniente dalla strada per tutta la notte e la mattina presto, prima colazione scarsa e con poca offerta di cibo dolce oltre che salato, poca disponibilità a trattare la notte che non abbiamo sfruttato per ragioni di malattia improvvisa, difficoltà di parcheggio, materasso scomodo...non lo consiglierei a nessuno!

Settled right in the middle of town and only a minute from the train station, Hotel Landhaus exudes authenticity. It is unpretentious but offers a lovely restaurant with terrace seating suitable from early morning to late post concert hours. My room was spotlessly clean with lovely views of the town and Alpine valley landscape. The bedding is superior - I had the best night’s sleep after the evening’s recital in historic Church Saanen. The staff was responsive, friendly, helpful, welcoming and appreciative. The town of Saanen itself has a middle of summer intimate music festival atmosphere. Turns out the featured recitalist was also staying here. My foray to hear him exceeded expectations on all counts. The perfectly charming Hotel Landhaus played a big part in that. Not to mention the price was right.

Schönes Zimmer, praktisch eingerichtet. Schönes, stilvolles altes Haus, gut gelegen. Ruhig in der Nacht. Sehr schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Leckere Auswahl an Speisen für das Abendessen. Auch für VegetarierInnen geeignet. Ich kann das Hotel Landhaus sehr empfehlen und werde gerne wieder einmal dort übernachten.

Funky parking. Small lot nearby was full and the public parking garage isn’t convenient. It’s free overnight but the meter starts ticking at 8am. My room had really inconvenient place to plug in and charge -everything had to be on the floor. Weird that in this day and age a hotel would make it so inconvenient. Nice people though and a nice room

Saanen is a very nice place and the hotel is well located. The hotel itself is ok but nothing particular, expensive for what it is. The room located on the 3rd floor offered some views, the room was simple and small. The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was good.
Probably we’d not return to this hotel, although other hotels are as expensive.
