Very comfortable hotel. Each room has kitchen so very good.

Struttura nuova e con buoni servizi.La camera spaziosa e con un bell'angolo cottura.Pulizia all'inizio del soggiorno buona meno durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso un buon residence. Da migliorare la comunicazione con gli italiani.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff was completely unavailable between 8 PM and 9 AM, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer hospitality. Parking was another nightmare – very limited, with no clear instructions. After asking around, I was told to park my car under a bridge, which was not only inconvenient but also uncomfortable to walk back and forth, especially in the rain. Unfortunately, it rained most of my stay, making this even worse. On top of that, the room was unbearably hot. Although they claimed to have central air conditioning, there was no air coming from the vents at all. The only option was to open the balcony door, but that meant dealing with bugs and insects getting into the room. Not exactly the comfort you expect when paying for a hotel stay. Overall, this stay completely ruined my trip. Between the lack of staff, poor parking arrangements, and uncomfortable room conditions, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

BEWARE - This hotel does NOT have air conditioning in rooms as advertised. There is no way to control temperature from within the rooms. There is no one in the hotel and the response from the emergency line is to open your windows. Horrible service and amenities for otherwise decent rooms.

Facility is well maintained and clean. Easy bus ride to old town. There is construction next door though so noisy in the day. The mosquitoes kept us awake on the first night. On site laundry facility is convenient but not user friendly….requires using an app to operate the machine which sounds nice but much worse than manual coin fed machines. Office manager not friendly.

Ubicación perfecta para acceder a Berna mediante transporte público y muy cómoda para acceder en coche y moverse por los alrededores. Instalaciones modernas, en perfecto estado. Excelente trato del personal de recepción. Pero debo poner un pero al servicio de limpieza de la habitación, algún día no se hizo y el resto no muy bien. Otro pero es que el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, y tampoco es recomendable abrir las ventanas por los mosquitos. Volvería, pero no en verano.

Very spatious and comfortable room, fully equipped kitchen, clean!

Det var fremragende og opholdet fejlet ikke noget. Det var dog svært at finde parkering og alle deres pladser var fyldt, så her kunne jeg godt have tænkt mig tydeligere kommunikation. Vi var mange der kørte rundt længe for at finde parkering.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y cómodo. Muy bien ubicado. Complñeto con cocinita. La atención muy buena. Solo tuvimos problemas al checkin, porque no nos llego el qr por correo y teniamos que hacerlo por las maquinitas ya que la hora que llegamos la recepción cerrada. Llamamos por teléfono y nos resolvieron.

Great facilities to enable self catering, supermarket literally 2 mins walk from hotel. Main bus route into centre also just a few minutes away with very frequent service. Also, great restaurant Noa very close and the huge free swimming pool(s) 5 min walk away. Great stay for us. Small issue with safe and shower resolved immediately.

This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel. The vending machines with full meals and the close proximity to Aldi were bonuses. The bus station is right across the street. The only down side was the fact that it had no AC and when we visited it was a serious heat wave.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war unterirdisch. Wenn man so mit Menschen umgeht, sollte man sich hinterfragen, ob man den passenden Beruf ausgewählt hat.

Property not finished. One wall in our room was rough cement as was the hallway. Other than that, wonderful!

Very nice accommodations. Has fridge. Drawback was far from city center (almost 3 miles), no AC. Bedding nice

This is a nice property, but we arrived at 8:20 and found no staff on site. We had questions about parking, pillows, and other things that we either had to ask other guests about or just do without. Its a big facility and we didnt arrive unusually late, so we were very surprised.
