Le séjour était d’une nuit, donc ça allait. Au niveau confort c’était moyen, devoir suspendre les habits contre le mur, c’est bizarre. La femme de ménage est venu frapper à la porte pour faire la chambre à 09h45 alors que la chambre doit être libérée pour midi. Pourquoi stresser les clients ?

Had a great couple of days here. The reception bar with games is a real USP. Laura and Simon were brilliant and really went above and beyond for us. Great local knowledge.
Rooms are comfortable, clean and while basic, had all we needed. I liked the touch of a general waste and recycling bin in the room, not something I've seen often in hotels but would like to see more of.

We enjoyed the hotel. The only thing that keeps it from being rated a 5 was the room temperature. It was too warm. The staff brought us an old fan which helped, but it was warm.

Good area, very close to the train station. However, it is approximately a 20-minute ride to the old town, so please note this. The room was clean, very similar to the Premier Inns located in the UK. You check in downstairs at the bar, and the bartenders are the people who do it, which was new for me, but the check-in process was your typical one and went smoothly.

War mit meiner Tochter dort. Das Hotel ist echt toll. Nettes Personal und das Entrée ist spannend und interessant. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und sauber. Ob die Better bequem sind oder dss Frühstück fein ist,kann ich nicht beurteilen. Haben nach der Absage vom Linkin Park Konzert gleich wieder ausgecheckt und sind nach Hause gefahren. Werden dieses Hotel aber in Erinnerung behalten und sicher wieder buchen.

They wanted a deposit and accepted only cards, not cash... I almost ended up spending the night on the street despite having paid in full in advance. Not written anywhere in the reservation terms. Totally unacceptable policy and totally lack of empathy from the reception that challenged me to call the Police, completely indifferent to the HUGE problem they were causing, since I just had cash and not my credit card with me. Interestingly, I also did read a lot of reviews of Google with people complaining that their deposit was not given back, so this behavior starts to make sense... Nevermore!

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro de Berna. Ótimo atendimento e funcionários muito receptivos. Café da manhã de muita qualidade. Quarto muito confortável e amplo, muito bem equipado. Parado do metrô ao lado do hotel, bem como mercado bem próximo.
