Grand Resort内にいくつかあるうちの一つのホテル。快適。Spaエリア、プール、サウナ最高。裏手にあるPublic Spaもホテルゲストは無料で利用できる。フィットネスセンターもまあまあ揃っている。ルームメイドや清掃スタッフは素晴らしい。ホテル内の全てのレストランはクオリティが高い。Europe圏外のビジターは変換プラグは必須。部屋に足りないものはUSBドック。今の時代、USBドックは備え付けが必要。

チューリッヒ空港駅から鉄道で70分ほどで到着。快適な車内で眺めも良かったです。 Bad Ragaz駅を降りてタクシーでホテルまで行こうとする際に「Palais / パレ」と言っても通じません。「グランドリゾート」と言えばOK。車で３分ですが10CHFかかります。 このリゾートはいくつかの別々のホテルを合体して作り上げたリゾートのようです。宿泊した「Palais」は入口から一番離れた建物になります。快適な部屋でした。ベッドも良く、十分な部屋の大きさで収納スペースも大きすぎるほどでした。 唯一問題があるとすればUSBから直接携帯電話などをチャージできるもの、例えばデスクランプなどにUSBソケットがついたものがあるといいかと思います。基本壁面はヨーロッパ電源プラグにしか対応していないので、それ以外の国から来た人は変換プラグが必要です。USBを調節コネクトできる場所があればそのような面倒から解消されます。 それと、5　Starホテルらしからぬアート作品が置いてあるエリアがあり、そこは好きではないです。 スパ・エリアは言うまでもなく優雅な時を過ごせます。また、建物の裏側にあるパブリック向けのテルマエ施設もホテルゲストは無料で利用可能。こちらはオープンエアで気持ちよかったです。 24時間開いているジムも必要なものは十分あります。 部屋の清掃や水などの備品の補充はお願いすればすぐに来てくれます。スタッフは最高です。 清掃はとても丁寧に行われています。 ３つほどあるレストランはどれも最高でした。Zollstubeでのチーズフォンデュは今まで食べた中で一番でした。朝食も２カ所で食べましたが美味しかったです。AsianレストランのNamunは予約が取れませんでした。その代わり寿司のテイクアウトを行いました。 チューリッヒ空港までの帰りは4人と４つのスーツケースだったので電車ではなくミニバンを出してもらいました。電車より高額になりましたが便利でした。

Absolutely sublime- phenomenal spa and exquisite cuisine for breakfast!

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Logis in der historischen Palais Suite, wo wir gerne wiederkommen werden. Die Hotelannehmlichkeiten wie Therme, Saunawelt, Schwimmbad, Gym und anderes Mehr machten den Aufenthalt einzigartig!

Best place

Took the whole family and stayed for a long weekend. Both my parents and child enjoyed the stay, from the family spa to the dining experiences. We will definitely come back!

Es war, wieder einmal, wunderbar. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt im grossartigen Schwanenzimmer. Das Resort Ragaz lässt keine Wünsche offen.

An incredible resort with wonderful facilities and incredibly attentive and friendly staff. A perfect place to relax.

Wunderbarer Spa Resort in historischem Gebäude. Top Service, sehr sauber und zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal - wir sind mit zwei Kleinkindern gereist, alles entspannt inkl. Kids Spa. :-)

Im Hotel ist eine gediegene Atmosphäre. Die Räumlichkeiten, Restaurant, Zimmer, Bäder sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Als Gäste fühlten wir uns wohl.

Lage top Lärmiges, altmodisches Zimmer, das wir darum wechseln mussten. Mit Preisaufschlag und grossem Zeitverlust. Essen top. Personal OK

Albergo al Top in tutti gli aspetti. Pulizia, camere,ristorazione e SPA. Veramente eccezionale.

Ob Service, Ausstattung oder Qualität, das Bad Ragaz hat es. Die grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet oder die von uns besuchten Restaurants, wie das Verve by Sven, die Zollstube und das IGNIV by Andreas Caminada können wir nur empfehlen. Gratulation an dieser Stelle für Herrn Silvio Germann für seinen weiteren G.M. Pt. für 2021 und Francesco Benvenuto für die passenden Weinbeglei-tungen). In den kürzlich renovierten Grand Deluxe Rooms fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Ein Hotel/Resort auf dass wir Schweizer auch einmal stolz sein dürfen. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Hotel-Team für diesen äusserst angeh-nemen Aufenthalt. Wir wünschen euch weiterhin viel Erfolg und alles gute für die Zukunft. Bis bald !!!!!!

Top Hotel and amenities

Beautiful property! For us it was the best choice of the three hotels belonging to the resort. Either way they are all connected, so no matter which hotel you stay in, you get access to the spa and there's one reception for check-in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious and perfectly laid out. We'd love to come back.

We usually shy away from non à la carte breakfast options when it comes to private trips. For this one, the room came with breakfast — and as we had a long drive after, decided to take the option. It was a pleasant surprise! The grand hotel had a really fantastic variety at the buffet, especially when it came to breads and cheeses. The cold dishes, especially the seafood options, were superb for a land-locked country. I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back for a weekend to relax! In addition to this, the hotel offered a lot of fantastic perks: free welcome cocktails, free valet parking... Finally, the hotel boasted some really good restaurants — really wanted to try memories, but as it was closed for the summer, went to Olives d’Or instead — and really enjoyed it. Will definitely come back, perfect for a long weekend in Switzerland — and as a stop for long road trips to Graubünden!

Rundum pefekt - d i e Visitenkarten der perfekten Hotellerie! Angefangen beim Einchecken, über den vom Resort offerierten Welcome-Drink, über die Geburtstagüberraschung, Restuarnts, Wellness alles auf einem hervorragenden Level, dies mit freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Would like to live here forever. Very spacious suite, which did not break the bank for one night, the hotel baths are spectacular, and so is the breakfast buffet. In very hot weather, rooms might overheat, this is my only cavil.
