I stayed the hotel 3 nights from July11th alone, and continual 2 nights with my friend. Total 5nights. The room was an attic, which was not comfortable in general. But I knew it when I reserved, so it's a cost-performance matter I think. One thing I did not expect was no window which I couldnot accept. The location was excellent just the center of town you can walk anyplace within minutes such as the ropeway station, shopping center, bus stop information office etc. The hotel restrant was good I think. I ordered Veal one night and was super, but 2 days later My friend and I ordered Veals, and was rather tough meat. Hope this was onetime only. Hotel owner and stuffs were very friendly and very nice person.

Nice place for a family vacation. Professional staffs. Delicious breakfast. Nice and cozy room for families. Beautiful scenaries. Gondola is near at a discounted price for the hotel guests. Enjoyed hiking.

Vi boede for nylig på dette hotel, og samlet set var oplevelsen kun okay. Servicen og faciliteterne levede desværre ikke helt op til vores forventninger i forhold til prisen, hvad der blev tilbudt. En stor fordel var dog udsigten fra vores værelse, som var helt fantastisk. Den smukke udsigt gjorde opholdet meget mere behageligt og var klart højdepunktet.

The biggest disappointment was the distance from Zermatt, our destination. It took us 3 hours one way- 2 buses and 2 trains to change to reach our destination. This results in loss of precious time for travellers, who have a tight schedule. Point de Zinal SHOULD NOT be displayed as a property in Zermatt. It is misleading- EXPEDIA to note please

Agréable étape dans cet hôtel , dans lequel les propriétaires cherchent à rénover, pour relooker l’ensemble. Accueil sympathique, service efficace et le point fort : un chef au top , avec sa cuisine excellente.

De passage à Zinal, pour notre randonnée Chamonix/Zermat, nous avons passé une nuitée à l'hotel "Pointe de Zinal" ou l'accueil et la prestation pour une nuit était tout à fait convenable ainsi que le petit déjeuné.

Zinal is a good option or alternative from Zermatt that is less crowded. Place is more serene. However, it is not accessible by train. You will need a bus or car to go there. Great camping site!

Fabulous stay on the Haute Route! Everything was so comfortable and clean , the staff just lovely. At dinner i asked if there was any way to just get some salad/vegetables. I usually never ask for anything special. The staff and chef literally went above and beyond and brought me THE MOST EPIC vegetable plate. I will never forget it. I felt so taken care of.

Very nice, skylight in room, fun decor. Comfy new bedding. Breakfast was good.

Great property in the center of town. Walkable to everything. Very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with our room with chairs. There is also a terrace area outside with lots of chairs and tables to sit. Breakfast was excellent--loads of choices and automatic espresso machine.

Hübsches und gemütliches Familienhotel. Top Skiraum mit Trocknungsanlage. Steinwurf von Gondel entfernt. Funktionale Familienzimmer.

Just ordinary. Stuff was not very friendly, breakfastbuffet was very meagre and in the room was a terrible smell of old cigarettesmoke.
