Es gab ein ausgewogenes Frühstück mit glutenfrei Optionen. Es herrschte eine familiäre Athmosphäre und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Der Park, das Zimmer, der Service, das Essen. Einfach super! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The historic estate is in impeccable condition. The friendly, professional staff and the beautifully appointed facility both get five stars. Our room was perfect for our taste, the view of the lake was really wonderful. The gardens are filled with well maintained vegetables and perennials and the outer grounds are walkable. The only drawbacks were 1) The 17 CHF taxi ride from the train station could have been saved if they had a golf cart like so many five star hotels have. It would have been a 15 min walk in the rain 2) And we paid 215 CHF extra for exclusive spa time before our prix meal. They didn't heat the mega bath/jacuzzi. And it isn't a real spa, just a sauna in a beautiful, relaxing space with so much potential. No steam room, nor cold plunge. No medicinal salt scrub. No slippers. One smaller pool that could have been the cold plunge wasn't even filled with water. The charming, professional staff were so hospitable we didn't have the heart to complain. We would definitely return, just remind them to heat that amazing jacuzzi.

Havre de paix lors de mes voyages professionels dans la région. J'aime le calme et le charme du lieu, tout autant que le restaurant avec des produits bios de la région. L'accès et le parking est facile. La procédure de check-in-check-out toujours rapide et amicale.

Das Restaurant war sehr lecker! Feine Küche, bester Service, regionale Produkte!!! Zimmer hübsch, Schloss und Gebäude sowie Park sehr schön! Rundum wohlfühlen.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. One particular staff even brought my family blanket without asking while we were enjoying out wine outdoor nexg to the fire place. So considerate. My wife simply love this place.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, super Restaurant für das Nachtessen, Frühstück wunderbar, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Als Gast fühlt man sich im Schloss sehr gut aufgehoben wie ein Fürst :-)
