zu beachten: am abreisetag darf man die spa anlage nur bis 13.00 nutzen. für ein wellness weekend mit nur einer übernachtung ist das hotel also nicht geeignet. leider wird dies nicht auf der homepage erwähnt!!

Die Kellnerin beim Frühstück war jeweils unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Am 2. Morgen fragte sie uns nicht mehr nach der Eierspeise. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Sauna- und Spa-Bereich super!

Umgebung und Hotel passen miteinander.

Im Wellness Bad spielen Kinder mit Ball, so dass man kaum schwimmen kann. Im Restaurant zum Nachtessen spielen Familien Karten am Tisch. Man kommt sich vor wie in einem Casino.

Beautiful property and hotel room. Really enjoyed the pools, saunas, and even got a massage! Can’t wait to go back in the future!!

Family run hotel but owners made me feel like I was an inconvenience. $650 for 2 nights turned into $900 when they messed up during check in and decided to charge $250 on check out. Room was spacious but dated and furniture frayed. Bathroom was updated. Ceiling in room was covered with splattered bug guts. I counted at least 20. No temperature control in room. Spa was ok but was told to save on energy only 2 of 5 sauna/steams were turned on. For the money - these owners need to make available all services they advertise. Do t be fooled by the pictures the views are ok but they need to cut down 2 trees that block view from in the outdoor pool. Breakfast was continental with cold eggs and odd tasting bacon. Decent selection but still a glorified continental breakfast. Bottom Line: I would avoid this hotel. It’s certainly not a 4-star experience. This is a 3-star hotel because of its spa but I give it a 2-star due to the level of service received. There are plenty of other hotels to stay at and I would strongly encourage you to explore other options.

Wir mussten innert 2 Nächte 12 Moskitos töten...fliegengitter wären empfohlen! Die Kleiderbügel sind festgemacht...wirklich in einem 4-Sterne Hotel? Servicemitarbeiter im Restaurant gar nicht freundlich. Im Wellness kein Garderobe vorhanden am check-out Tag sondern mit Tages wellness Gäste voll! Und wir, die 2 Nächte verbracht und gegessen hatten kein Platz! Nur Sauna angestellt und das ab 11 Uhr. Alles Andere erst ab 14Uhr...dies in einem 4Stern Wellness Wohlfühlhotel an einem Wochenende?? Im sogenannten Ruhezimmer lief eine Teemaschine andauern...störend! Komischer Geruch im Wellnessbereich. Alles in allem für diese Preise ist dies für ein 4Sterne Hotel inakzeptabel.

전체적으로 호수의 전경과 특히 수영장에서 바라본 뷰가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 단, 모기로 인해 잠을 설쳤으나, 새벽에 데스크에 사람이 없어 모기약등 상비약 관련 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 하지만 전체적으로 매우 좋았습니다.

Loved the family-run atmosphere. Unfortunately, no A/C and the fan provided was noisy. Also, we booked accommodations for a party of 3 via Expedia and received a confirmation. However, the hotel charged us an extra 30 Swiss Francs for the third person…beyond what we had already paid via Expedia for triple occupancy. This was not right.

Es un hotel espectacular. Es una belleza. El.personal es muy amables . Todo es de.primera calidad . Es 100 porciento recomendble . Me encanto

Bellissima struttura, con vista direttamente sul lago e con due piscine, una all’aperto e una al chiuso, entrambe con acqua riscaldata e idrogetto/idromassaggio. Sono presenti anche varie tipologie di sauna. All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza superiore allo stesso prezzo di quella che avevamo prenotato, ed è stato davvero un pensiero molto gradito e utile. Cena buona ma troppo cara. Colazione abbastanza ricca e di qualità.

L'amabilité des propriétaires et du personnel, très pro et attentif aux demandes. L'accueil si gentil vis-à-vis de notre chien. La chambre très spacieuse avec vue sur le lac et coin salon, balcon. Par contre, la salle de bain un poil trop petite et pas pratique pour poser ses affaires de toilettes.

Zimmer sehr geräumig. Frühstücksbuffet war im Eingangsbereich des Hotels aufgestellt.. Wellnes super, aber die ganze Zeit hat niemand einmal durchgewischt.Am Beckenrand entlang sehr rutschig .
