The location in front of the lake was really good. Also the sunset bar is fantastic looking at the real sunset.

ルツェルンの中心部からレンタカーで数分のところにあります。バス停も近くにあったので、重いスーツケースを持っていない方であればレンタカーがなくても候補になりそうです。ホテルからの景色はとても美しく、ルツェルン湖越しに山々が見えるので、ルツェルン市街中心部よりも美しい景観だと思います。中心部ではないので駐車場もとめやすく、ゆとりがあります。レストランも美しく、朝食も満足できるバイキングでした。これといって不満点のない優秀なホテルだと思います。

Came by bus. Reception very helpful and efficient. Breakfast Is good. Pillows need to have soft and flat as well as high one.

Design des années 70, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Bruit de la ventilation +++ Vue forêt qui donnait sur un toit et qui n’en est pas du tout une. Breakfast médiocre pour un 4*

We took the train. The hotel is a convenient 10 min bus ride from train station. Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Hummus+ sampler at restaurant was fantastic.

Bis jetz war ich zufrieden aber dieses Mal leider nicht so. Ich hatte das Zimmer 304 und das war jn der Nähe der Treppe und des Lifts. Leider hörte ich die ganze Nacht Geräusche und in den frühen Morgenstunden war an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Am Abend buchte ich noch das Frühstück zu meinem Arrangement hinzu. Am nächsten Morgencwar das aber nicht auf der Liste der Frau ersichtlich die das kontrollierte. Schade denn die letzten 2-3 Mal hatte ich eine gute Zeit.

Great location and amazing view

Beautiful hotel just outside Lucerne but the bus stops right in front of hotel every 15 minutes. Beautiful view of the lake. Friendly staff and wonderful parking on site. Be sure to book a room in the newer addition as they have better rooms and balconies. Negatives are road noise and the park across the street (owned by the hotel) is very busy at night and has a DJ that plays music until 10pm. Please note this hotel does NOT have air conditioning.

Everything Good except doesn’t have Air conditioning ,, only fan ,,, But if you coming in June or July be aware of that ,,,

A great hotel for the money. Very helpful staff who are there for you. For food, breakfast buffet is very tasty with lots of options. The restaurant makes fantastic meals for dinner (make a reservation an hour or two before; Shout out to Julien who took very good care of us) There’s also the outside bar and food across the street with top quality smash burgers, pizza, Mediterranean food, and fantastic drinks. A local hang out. Then there’s the view. You’re right across the street from Lake Lucerne and have an amazing view of Pilatus mountain and Lucerne. When the clouds clear you can see the Alps, too. Worth the price. Transportation is easy as there’s a bus stop for the hotel that takes you right to city center. Only caveat: no air conditioning, but the other amenities far outweigh that. We’ll be back.

Le transport public gratuit durant le séjour dans l’hôtel était très appréciable. Le jeune réceptionniste parlait français était un plus.

Nice hotel not in the center of town, but the bus leaves right outside the hotel door for centrum every 10 minutes and the bus is included with the hotel stay. Nice room, calm, but major drawback is that it has no AC - this will be an issue in hot days. There was a fan in the room though. Very expensive breakfast (28 CHF per person).

Beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. The only downside was our view. They have rooms with balconies, be sure to ask for a room with a balcony facing the water.
