一階にCOOPがあり便利　ベルン駅にも向側のSバーンかトラムで直ぐに行け便利　　　　　　　フロントが無くスタッフが居ないのでアプリ操作が出来ないと難しい　

メイン駅手前のローカル駅 Sバーンと路面電車でメインへ移動出来便利　スタッフが居ないから入口でQRコード読み取る必要あり　Wi-Fi無いと無理　朝は８階にスタッフらしき人居る

Super nice facilities, clean, modern and friendly. The place was only 5 minutes away by train from the city centre. I will definitely come back. Loved it!

就在車站的旁邊不到5分鐘路程，使用app開啟大門、房門等等很方便，房內就有洗烘衣機可以使用還有工具齊全的廚房可以使用。

This was my first stay with Kooook , and i must say it was amazing, Its all digitalized yet personalized, property manager was kind enough to extend my checkout for 1 hour (which is unlikely in Europe) and keep my luggage, Kitchen area is amazing to cook and coffee tea arrangements were fantastic with amazing and modern interiors. every evening i used to look forward to come back to Koook. I will definitely come back and recommend to every one..Thank you

ECHT TOLLE Unterkunft! Neu, klever, funktional. Man macht aber alles per SmartPhone. Von Check-In bis Zimmerschlüssel. Super Service und toller Aufenthaltsraum mit grosser Küche (falls kleine Küche im Appartment nicht genügt. Ideale Lage am Stadtrand, gleich neben Bahnhof Wankdorf (4 Minuten per S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof). Tiefgarage vorhanden (CHF 24 für 24h) Buchen wir wieder!

We stayed file people at the kook. Unfortunately One pull out double bed is not wide enough for two. Can be arranged wider. Room kitchen hob is tiny for 5 and did not worked properly. We used main kitchen hob but it was always in use for other people. Ventilation is not suitable for kitchen when you cook. Common Seating are is charming. Location is very good for transport.

A seemless experience staying here. From check in to check out, it was bang on. Would highly recommend this unique and modern setup!

Close to SBB!

Amazing hotel made our trip efortless. Extremely close to the station. Was able to do day trips to every part of the country from this location.

Perfekte Unterkunft nach einem Event im Wankdorfstadion!

Es wird geworben mit Schallisolierung. Das gilt nur die Fenster und den Verkehr. Von oben hǒrt man jeden Schritt. Die Matratze war unbequem. Die Schlüssel und Einrichtung waren sehr modern.

Modern aparthotel with its own kitchen and an amazing common area. This area has everything you need and more. Billiards, kitchen, tea, coffee, jam, various games and recreation areas. Nearby public transport stops and a supermarket. Important! You must register online in advance. Otherwise, you will not receive an electronic key and will not be able to get into your room or the hotel itself. There is no reception desk at all. They should send a registration link in advance automatically, but in our case we had to call the owner, since there was no link. You can also get a free transport card only after registration. You must have mobile Internet. WiFi in public places in Switzerland only works after authorization. We could not get the authorization code anywhere with a Norwegian phone number. The hotel has good WiFi, but sometimes you need to log in again. The toilet and shower have a panoramic glass door, which together with a huge mirror gives a perfect view of the toilet from any place in the room. 🙂 The cherry on the cake is a crossbow with suction cup arrows and a target on the door in the room. After check-in, there is an opportunity to make an electronic key card for free. Overall, it's cool, although a little difficult for 50+, but the youth are delighted.
