予約の仕方や鍵の入手方法について、分かりやすく。部屋は清潔でした。

とにかく立地がいいです。スイス中央駅から歩いて10分くらい。 ただ、フロントがなく、事前に取得した暗証番号を押してカギを受け取るシステムなので、予約したら必ずホテルからのメールの指示に従ってキーコードを取得してください。我が家はそれを忘れていて、ホテルに入れず困りました。非常用の連絡先に電話をかけてキーコードを教えてもらいました。

鍵を開ける為の予約ナンバーがメールで送られて来ておらず、入室する為に電話を掛けたり、手こずりました。部屋は綺麗でも汚くも無い感じでしたが、シャワーの向きを気をつけて入らないと水が部屋の方まで流れて行くような造りになっていました。

アパートメントホテルを始めて体験しました。具体的なチェックイン方法やレセプションについての情報展開がないため、不安を抱えたまま出発することになりました。結論から言えば、このシステムが判ってしまえば、低価格で清潔でそれなりに快適に過ごすことが出来ます。即ち、1日前に入るホテル側のキーナンバー情報が、宿泊予定日の前日にメールで送られて来るため旅行期間中のインターネット接続が必須になります。今回はPC（スマホ）を持参したので問題なく宿泊することが出来ました。また、レセプションが無いのでチェックイン前後にスーツケースを預けたりができないなど通常のホテルと違うことを理解したうえで利用する必要があります。

チューリッヒ駅から徒歩１０分。経済的なホテルとしては、チューリッヒを中心にした観光とビジネスに適している。 ただ、このホテルは言語に問題がなく、バックパッカーなどの海外旅行経験がある日本人には適している。ふつうの日本人観光客には向いていない。まず、ホテルの情報は旅行エージェントのＨＰしか掲載されておらず、正直、この情報だけではホテルの事前情報が入手できないので不十分である。そして、ホテルスタッフがいないので、チューリッヒ観光が初めての日本人観光客にはお勧めできない。チェックイン方法、インターネット環境の確保、安全面の確保では英語やドイツ語ができ海外旅行に慣れた人ではないとかなり滞在しにくいホテルだと思う。ただし、言語に問題がなければ、他のホテル滞在者と会話したり、チューリッヒ駅の観光インフォメーションですべての情報を入手できるのでお手軽なホテルである。 一言でいえば、このホテルはユースホステルの一種です。

The apartment is 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Zurich station. Refrigerator did not work, drainer was clogged, and the wall was thin so you can hear everything next door...

1.前の宿泊客からシーツを交換されていないようで、ベッドにたくさん髪の毛が付いていた。その外はキレイだった。 2.窓が開かないのにエアコンがないから、かなり暑い。 3.1Fのキーボックスは操作が簡単なのですぐ分かった。(コードを入力すると、コイン大の電子キーがキーボックスから出てくる) 4.周りはインド人街。夜は少し物騒だが、昼間は普通(ホテル1Fの持ち帰り専門のインド料理屋さんは美味しい) 5.Wi-Fiは繋がらなかった

not recommendable. Noisy environment . people shouting , very loud music from car and they make party on streets until morning . you can’t sleep . and it is very hot no aircon or a fan . remote control of tv don’t have batteries and no cover . no inside lock for your security . i hope need to improve this for future .

Listen, this is a cheap room of Langstrassen. It's close to the train station, but things are loud, there's lots of restaurants around, and this is a remote access situation. I don't want to leave this place a bad review, but there was one thin sheet on the bed that I could SEE mattress stains through - I know I shouldn't have looked but I needed to make sure I didn't see any pests. I did NOT see any bugs, but that mattress was disgusting, filled with stains, had tears, was dirty, and cigarette burns. The box spring also had plenty of stains and literal crumbs between the mattress and box spring - a really gross thing to have to sleep on. Add to this that that the hot water kettle can't fit any plug in the room, and the dust bunnies and food crumbs, stains on the walls and ceiling... I'd avoid it.

Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The area felt unsafe, with many intoxicated people, drug users, and pickpockets nearby. One of our pieces of jewelry was stolen, and we saw other tourists lose valuables as well. Entering the access code also felt uncomfortable, as several men stood directly behind us watching. The listing photos were very misleading. The room was much older, darker, dirtier, and more worn out than advertised. There were only a few dim lights, making the apartment feel gloomy. The room had a strong stale and greasy smell coming from the street food kiosk downstairs. The smell had spread into towels, bed linens, and even our personal belongings. After the trip, we had to wash all textiles, toiletry bags, suitcases, makeup brushes, and hair accessories because of the odor. Cleanliness was poor overall. The floor was sticky, walls and cabinets had stains and splashes, light switches were dirty, and there was hair inside the hairdryer. The sofa was heavily stained and unpleasant to use. The kitchen was poorly equipped: no kettle, no coffee maker, missing utensils, and a badly scratched frying pan with peeling coating. There was no air conditioning or even a fan. Opening the windows only brought in loud street noise and more grease smell. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Considering the price, this was a huge disappointment. We cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Hotel muito basico, mas atendeu as minhas expectativas. Se voce desejar um hotel classico, nao venha aqui. Porem para quem queria passar uma noite , sem grandes expectativas, funciona. Ponto positivo, muito bem localizado , limpo. Pontos negativos, um pouco "desleixados " quanto aos itens da acomodação, a loja de comida indiana na porta do hotel. O sistema da portaria tambem pode confundir muitas pessoa, sem atendentes.

Basic accommodation with self check in. Was clean and walking distance from main railway station. A Denner food store across the street, kebab/streetfood places and a few restaurants nearby. Not too much to write home about.

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were no appliances such as shampoo, soap etc. Also, the shower was loose and the hair dryer was not working. The area around the property was good in terms of restaurants, transportation etc but it was very difficult to sleep during the night because of the noice of the cars and people passing by.
