スタッフ、サービス、設備、文句なしです。 バスやトラムの駅からも数分で便利な場所でした。 窓のシャッターが上半分、強制的に閉じられていたのが少し残念でした。

一人旅で二泊しました。とても快適に過ごすことができありがたかったです。グッスリ休むことができました。

新しく内装をしなおしてるようで、とても綺麗でした 場所は抜群に良かった 駅にもスーツケースを押して歩いて行きました シャモニモンブランへもバス乗り場が直ぐで、適当に行ってチケットを購入して行きました どちらかというとビジネスホテル的なコンパクトな感じですが快適 すぐ下にスタバがあり、裏に歩けばスーパーもあるし、レイクに面していて、周辺環境も抜群 バスルームの使い勝手がイマイチでしたが、シャワーの出も良くて不満が残るようなことは無かったです シャワーのみでした 料金がリーズナブルで良かったです

べんりな立地です。部屋はやや狭いですが、設備は充分。朝食もおいしいです。

御仁まりとしたホテルでしたがどこに行くにも大変便利な場所でした。清潔ですし、あちらこちのアートが楽しめます。 トラブルがありましたが直ぐに対応して頂けて助かりました。 また利用したいです。

Nice location

The best part about this hotel was the location! The entrance to the hotel is on a really cute square with an old fountain in it. It was really easy to walk to all the sights in Geneva

Great staff, great location, comfy beds with a selection of pillows. The 'boast' in the welcome pack that the rooms were refurbished in 2013... shows. Looking a little dated. The 'gym' had a few bikes / rowers, would love to see them improve this and i'd be back.

Walking distance from the train station, many restaurants nearby, easy walk to the Old City. Also right on the river, a plus.

Excellent location, clean, great service

Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the river and lake. It is nicely decorated with a bit funky art. The room was fairly small but okay. It had a small desk, coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was in the hotel across the street, there was no restaurant on premises.

Fantastic location, modern clean great air conditioning, direct views and walkability to Lake Geneva!

Our booking confirmation stated that check-in was available from 2:00 PM. We arrived at 2:40 PM, but were told that the room was not yet cleaned and that we had to wait. When I asked why we couldn’t check in as indicated, one of the front desk staff responded impatiently and told us that check-in only starts at 3:00 PM, claiming the website was incorrect. However, even at 3:00 PM, we still weren’t allowed to check in. Another staff member then explained that the rooms weren’t ready because there were many guests that day. This felt very frustrating. I believe the first staff member could have simply told us the truth—that the room wasn’t ready due to a high volume of guests—rather than making up an excuse. A sincere explanation would have been appreciated. The whole check-in experience was quite disappointing, and I hope this can be improved in the future.

Excellent location and pleasant interior decoration. Easy access.

Great location for downtown tourism. Would have been an excellent rating if they had had a continental breakfast.
