まずスタッフの対応が全員親切で最高でした。スパや朝食も非常に素晴らしかった！

清潔感がありスタッフもフレンドリーで利用しやすかった。 立地は駅からは遠いがマッターホルンを見れる日本人橋が近い。

部屋は広く、清潔でした。 朝食は自家製パンを含むビュッフェに加えて、一人一品メニューの中から温かい料理を注文することができすごく良かったです。

マウンテンビューのお部屋に滞在しました。 窓からの景色、お部屋、スタッフの対応、全てに大満足です。 是非次回もリピートしたいと思います！

ベランダからアイガーが見える素晴らしい眺望のホテルでした。 また，フロントの方がにこやかで感じよく，大変親切だったので，楽しく滞在できました。

Great hotel. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Nice modern boutique style hotel with Switzerland chalet style decor. We stayed in the junior suite with the balcony and Matterhorn view, and the room was amazing and the view was breathtaking. The hotel was walking distance to everything, 5 to 10 minutes. We went to the spa one evening and spent some much needed time in the hot tub after walking 25,000 steps that day. The spa area was really nice and clean. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to and from the train station which was nice. Breakfast was great as was there. Homemade bread and baked goods in their bakery. Their drinks were great as well especially their Pine spritz. I researched alot of hotels in Zermat and I’m glad that I selected this one. I highly recommend.

Beautiful clean hotel that is extremely well thought out and high quality. The breakfast was great, and the spa was amazing after a day of hiking and sightseeing! The staff was always really friendly and helpful! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The spa area was relaxing. The outdoor area was very peaceful. The staff were helpful. The homemade bread was also wonderful.

Awesome staff

The REX hotel was carefully curated with a beautiful aesthetic and vibe. It is located slightly off of the main street so it's a welcome break from the crowds but still has shopping and very close to the main road. The locations is walkable with a carry-on to the train station. There is an on-site bakery, restaurant, bar and a beautiful front lawn to just enjoy and relax on a sunny day or cozy night. There is also a spa area with hot tub, pool, and saunas. The staff are kind and informative. They include a thoughtful welcome treat for you and the mountain view from my room was a dream. How can I forget breakfast? You know with management that cares about details that breakfast will be a high quality meal. You can order dishes and fill up on the breakfast buffet that includes juices, coffee, wellness shots, meats and speciality cheeses, bread, oatmeal and yogurt, eggs, or order potato and spinach pancakes, pancakes and on and on!

Amazing staff and facilities!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was awesome, very clean, and the property was picturesque with a nice spa downstairs, so nice to have after long days of hiking. I’d definitely stay here again!

My experience at The Rex was incredible from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views that truly take your breath away. A special thank you to Ari and Liam, who were exceptionally responsive and helpful with any questions I had throughout my stay. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to fuel up for a day on the slopes. The ski equipment room was super convenient, and the spa was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I would definitely recommend The Rex to anyone visiting Zermatt can’t wait to return!

We can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful from helping us set up reservations before we even arrived, to making sure we had all of the information and help we needed during our stay. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in the Junior Suite with the Matterhorn view and it was more than we even expected and the view was incredible. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to all of the things in the city as well as the ski lifts. We were able to purchase our lift passes at the front desk and rent all of our gear at the shop across the street with a discount as being guests at The Rex. The spa was the cherry on top. It's included with the stay and didn't require any pre booking. There was a large hot tub, steam sauna, Finnish sauna, large pool, cold plunge, and various other hydro therapy experiences in a serene setting. We loved treating our sore muscles after skiing each day. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

This was a very nice hotel. It was beautifully redesigned with a very rustic and warm feel. We loved the morning breakfast spread. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa every day and loved the traditional Swiss dry sauna! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Zermatt.

The Rexx is a phenomenal hotel with impeccable customer service! The property was very maintained along with the spacious beautiful rooms. The spa was very lovely and relaxing. If I find myself back in Zermatt, I will definitely return to The Rexx!
