快適に過ごせました。

バーゼル市内中心部に移動しやすく，立地はとても良いです。部屋はシンプルな作りですが，清潔に保たれています。朝食には野菜と果物があります。ホテルのスタッフは親切です。 Good location of the hotel. I could walk to the city center of Basel. This hotel is near to the tram station and has good transportation. This hotel is quiet and surrounded by nature. I was able to eat breakfast while listening to the birdsong. Breakfast also includes fresh vegetables and fruits. Hotel staff was also helpful.

Great location near Old Town.Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible. I would have liked more ceiling lights, but we managed. We walked 2-3 miles all over Basel and felt at ease and safe the whole time. There are several dining options nearby. One caution, the food is expensive. The room is NOT air conditioned, but it's July and the windows are open, the fan on, and we are very comfortable. I'd recommend a stay here.

Nice hotel in good location.

Fourth floor room was large. Bed was comfortable. Everything seemed clean. TV and Wifi worked okay. Breakfast had many choices and the food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but is still in walkable distance to the Old Town. A bus stop is near, and the hotel provided bus passes . Didn't like that the room had no refrigerator. Bottled water was provided, but it wasn't cold.

L’hôtel dispose d’un parking couvert, il est situé au calme dans un jardin à proximité du centre-ville ce qui permet de s’y rendre à pied. Le restaurant propose un très bon petit-déjeuner dans un bâtiment moderne, vitré et donnant sur le jardin. L’endroit est très agréable.

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, mais outre la chambre très confortable, l'accueil a été parfait. Merci

Ce n'ique pour une nuit, mais c'était vraiment bien. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu malgré l'âge du très joli immeuble. La salle de restaurant/ petit déjeuner était très propre et bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Franchement, c'est très bien. Tout proche de l'entrée du centre historique. Le seul bémol était que j'avais du mal à trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel, il faisait nuit et l'affiche vers la cour est très discrète. Fortement recommandé

Der Aufenthalt war im grossen und ganzen sehr gut, störend war, dass man vom Schall schlecht isoliert ist, holpernde Kinder in den Zimmern, Gaschwätzen auf dem Flur waren reicht störend.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location! I would describe the staff as efficient but not overly friendly and it was disappointing there were no doorman to assist with bags etc. The restaurant was really good and here our server really was super friendly and our dinner was most enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed with great WiFi.

Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Vor allem das Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und flink. Genossen habe ich auch den wundervollen Garten und das feine Essen.

Die Gebühr für den Parkplatz ist für Hotelgäste zu hoch.

Very quiet location, friendly staff. Perfect sized room for one; they given lend you an umbrella if it’s raining !

Staff was friendly; I was sick when I checked in and they assisted with a med-check & pharmacy. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Great location!!

Bon hôtel à proximité de la gare CFF et du centre ville

This was an amazing place. They gave us a small attic room with 2 beds. My son greatly appreciated his own space. The room was immaculately clean. The hotel has a convenient seating area in the lobby with cell phone charging stations and free coffee, croissants and apples in the morning. We greatly appreciated the charging station as we did not have compatible Swiss plugs. We were a solid 20 mins walk from the old center but it was a lovely and easy walk. Great neighborhood and hotel grounds. We parked in their own underground parking garage. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Beautiful older building that has been wonderfully renovated without losing its charm.

This was a beautiful old building. The check in was easy, the gentleman at reception was very nice. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. The main disappointment was no air conditioning or a fridge. The breakfast was in the next building close to where you got off the elevator. It is all downhill to the city centre (up on the way home). You get free wifi in hotel and at hotspots throughout Basil.

Nice building and staff. No air-condition and no fridge in the room, no posibility for ice cubes or cold bottles of water -so is was an unpleasantly hot stay. The breakfast buffet was only cold dishes and not any big changes from day to day.
