La habitación era mucho más básica de lo mostrado en las fotos, no contaba con aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, el baño estaba sucio, la habitación en general olía raro, no fue agradable la estancia

In a noisy area especially at night. Kitchen had basic cooking utensils but would have appreciated if dishwasher pods and laundry detergent was provided instead of having to buy for short stay. No elevator so had to carry luggage up 2 fights of circular stairs.

We stayed in attic room 403, which has two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom did not have a heater or radiator, and there was also a problem with the roof window, which allowed cold air to come inside. Because of this, the room was quite cold during our stay.
Aside from this issue, the other facilities and services met our expectations.

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und den Code für die Wohnung erhielten wir am Morgen des Mietbeginns. Die Wohnung war super. Es war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die beiden Zimmer waren abtrennbar mit einer Türe und Küche/Essbereich war auch gut. Es hatte eine Kaffee/Espressomaschine sowie einen Heisswasserkocher.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I will for this one because every traveler should be aware of. First of all the bathroom needs to be fixed tiles are dirty and water is leaking everywhere in our shower that it floods water out every time we shower. I have to do an inventory of all the items inside the room which should not be my responsibility for the missing items before my stay. I asked for an extra pillows, they told me it will be provided but didn’t happen. Mind you guys they only provide 1 pillow per person. I also told the property that the tv is not working but no one came to fix it so I have to figure out myself. Lastly on our last day the light blew out so no light in our bedroom. There is no air conditioning on this room. The only good thing about this place is location because it’s accessible and close to the tram station. Lastly, no elevator so you have to drag your luggage going upstairs.

I don’t normally do bad reviews but the check-in was a mess, even though it was supposed to be a simple self check-in. The access code didn’t work at the scheduled time, and we had to wait outside in the cold for over 30 minutes with two senior guests while the cleaner was still inside our room past check-in time. The team gave contradictory information, first saying cleaners don’t work after 15:00, then claiming they might just be double-checking rooms. The apartment wasn’t even ready: the lamp was still on and someone else’s hair was visible, showing the cleaning was rushed. Noisy neighbours late at night. Poor communication, no apology, and a very disappointing experience overall.

Great location, great facilities in the apartment, the only thing is the bathroom floor and shower tiles definitely need replacing. Otherwise very happy with everything there and would stay again!

Aunque no fui al lado hay un bar/restaurante muy bello y bohemio. Todo queda cerca del apartamento. A una cuadra de dos paradas diferentes de tram. En dominicano ese sitio es lo que se dice "un palo". Me gustó.
Un solo detalle. No es tan apto para personas mayores que anden con maletas grandes ya que solo se accede a niveles superiores por medio de una escalera. No hay ascensor así que

Room sizes were pretty good. There was no air con so it was super hot. I didn't receive my code in time so I had to call customer support. Keypads for the rooms were a little bit awkward. They had laundry machines, which was very much appreciated, but the dryers didn't dry out clothes. Location was really good.

I was very disappointed that I had communicated with them and paid extra for a crib so that my family would be comfortable but there was no elevator and the entrance had 4 steps with no entry way. Our room was up 4 flights of stairs and the stairs were not wide enough for someone to carry the stroller and the baby so we needed 2 people at all times.
The apartment was ok but the shower had mold build up which was concerning. We appreciated the location but otherwise, it was not an ideal stay for my family.
