Sehr sauber, funktional eingerichtet, viel Platz im Zimmer.

Markus was delightful! The place was clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night, but we would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The whole experience was wonderful. Very clean and very comfortable. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything. There is a kitchenette on each floor and laundry machines on the upper floor. Each room has a mini fridge. (No freezers) The furnishings in the room are well done. The room photos online are legit and reflect how nice it is. There are quiet hours too, so we had a good sleep.

Excellent séjour, grâce à l'accueil de Markus qui fait tout pour que les hôtes se sentent bien. Chambre individuelle, toilettes et douches, facilités d'accès et échanges sympas sur nos voyages devant la mappemonde. Endroit cool, je recommande

The Inn was very clean and the shared bathroom facilities were cleaned regularly. The host Markus is very friendly and helpful, he makes it his priority to ensure you have a great stay.

I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. Simple, but with great communal facilities, friendly fellow guests, very very clean. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, desk and chair, wardrobe, clothes rail… Each room has big windows with shutters, lots of trees and birdsong outside. Marcus is a fantastic host, speaks excellent English and so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a quiet area but on a main road, east to get to and with excellent transport links. The hotel does not serve food or drink apart from vending machines (coins needed) but there are cafes and restaurants close by and food shops within easy walking distance. There are kitchen facilities on each floor, washing machines, dryers, and the ablutions are excellent.

Wir nahmen an der Modeschau Un-Dress 2025 teil, welche in einer der OLMA-Hallen stattfand. Das Hotel liegt super nahe. Wir fanden alles, was wir benötigten. Einfach super! Auch der direkte Kontakt zu Markus war schön. (Info im Voraus sowie promptes Rücktelefonat.)

For a budget friendly establishment, it was a very pleasant surprise! Very clean, very quiet, and with all necessary amenities!

Best hôtel weit und breit....

War schon ein paar Mal da. Diesmal waren die anderen Gäste laut. Das Hotel kann natürlich nichts dafür, war aber trotzdem mühsam. Dazu kommt, das ein Duschtuch nicht sauber war, das war echt grusig. zum Glück gab es zwei, das ich ausweichen konnte. Personal war und ist aber immer sehr freundlich.

Einfache saubere Übernachtung in St. Gallen zu gutem Preis. Dusche etwas kalt. Sehr sauber. Freundlicher Hausherr. In Hotel.com heißt es, man soll sich mindestens 24h vorher melden wegen Check in. Unnötig. Läuft ganz spontan via Mail.

alles tip top. Einfaches Zimmer, mit allem was man braucht. Sauber. Gutes Preis Leist Verhältnis. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Komme gerne wieder.

Although I booked a room for a night and spoke to the owner just a few times, I can easily say that Markus is fantastic as host and really cares about his guests. The place is a clean no fuss accommodation and it shows that the host really enjoys his work. Well done, Markus 👏

I stayed at the Yellow Inn as I was attending a conference at the Olma across the road. The Yellow Inn was a fantastic location for this. Markus was a fantastic host. Although there wasn't a reception, it was very easy to communicate with him about my arrangements and he kindly stored my things after I checked out while I travelled somewhere else at the weekend. Throughout my time there, Markus was friendly and helpful and did everything possible to make sure his guests had an enjoyable stay. He was always present and working very hard at the Yellow Inn which was always tidy, clean and well-equipped. Yellow Inn has everything one could possibly need and is a wonderful workation location. I even got some of Markus' delicious mead which I shared with my friends!
