スタッフが親切でフレンドリーです。 ルツェルンのバス乗り放題チケットを無料でもらえます。朝食が美味しいです。夕食もお願いしたら安くて美味しいです。

駅からは歩くと30分位かかるが、バスもあり静かでのんびりできる。山と湖の景色が素晴らしい。

ユースホステルなので、安い費用で宿泊できる。スタッフは親切。相部屋なので、神経質な人はホテルの方が当然良い。（ただ、周りのホテルは高い） 駅からバスで12分。最寄りのバス停行きは19時でなくなってしまうので、夜は別のバス停から5分くらい歩く必要がある。

I thought the staff was nice and helpful.. the area is easy to get to and very pretty and safe....take number 19 bus..... but i could not stay there again for 2 reasons...1- the mattress was awful...my back was killing me, its very thin...i brought my own blanket to cover the pillowcase even though they give you clean sheets and im glad they did...2- the shower was soo small i could barely put my clothes on...ive stayed in many hostels and this was good for one night but the mattress was painful and im.glad it was just 1 night.. I was in a room with 4 other females

Es buena en cuanto q hay una estacion cerca de bus. En cuanto a la propiedad necesita mas cuidados y el baño es lo.mas q necesita remodelscion. La.cortina sucia y olor a himedsd. E igual el cuartos.

Very nice and clean. breakfast very good for us: fruits, cereals, jams, cheeses, juses,very good bread.

We travelled as a family, two adults a 2 year old and a dog. The room was simple, with two separate beds but enough space to have also a luggage. The breakfast was included and it was pretty standar, but always nice to have. Personel was extremely nice, above all with my daughter. I loved the common rooms, there was one with sofas and books/toys and it was super convenient as there was a storm outside and we needed to have some entertainment. The only issue we had, but was expected, was the other guests. We go to bed pretty early (9 pm) and there was a group of teenagers that thought it was a good idea to run up and down the stairs and scream to each other. They eventually stopped around 11 pm. So bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper (like me, my husband and daughter were snoring regardless).

The late check-in (after 9 PM) was confusing. For late check-in I was asked for my credit card and my passport data even though Hotels.com advises not to give that data. The Hostel was filled with loud kids and there were no towels.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, nous étions avec nos 2 filles de 5 ans et 2 ans dans une chambre avec 2 lits superposés et c'était propre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Unorganisiert (in unserem Zimmer war noch der alte Mieter), wir haben ohne Säuberung das Zimmer übernehmen müssen (wir hatten um eine Reinigung gebeten und es nach langer Wartezeit dann doch selber gereinigt). Insgesamt hat alles hat nach Urin gerochen, Zimmer, Flur,...das Frühstück war dafür gut.

The youth hostel is located very well and thats alteady the best thing. The rooms are very small, old and very run-down. The toilet and bathroom/shower are in the hallway. There is only one toilet and one shower for the entire hallway. The breakfast selection was very limited and nothing special. It's simply not enough for such a high price you pay.

Nice stay for three nights. Good location either walk from train station or take a bus. Nice breakfast also.

El personal fue muy amable, está todo muy accesible, te brindan la facilidad del pase para andar en un bus al centro, y te guardan las maletas si llegas antes de la hora del check in.
