家族経営みたいで、ホテルてしては全般にレベルが低い！

朝ご飯がとても美味しかったです。レストランの雰囲気がとてもオシャレで落ち着いていて、ゆっくりと朝食が楽しめました。スタッフの皆さんが温かくて癒されました。

従業員の方が明日の予定地までの交通手段を調べてくれたりと、とても親切ですごく助かりました。 ただ、少し水まわりが汚れていたのが気になりました。

地點不錯，但是裝潢有點老

Very bad hotel! We booked a Design Room, but the actual condition of the room was nothing like the photos shown online. The overall hygiene of the room was extremely poor — the mattress and bedding felt sticky, like a short-stay motel, and the shower was completely unusable. The room was absolutely uninhabitable. The hotel later moved me to another room. Although it was slightly better than the first one, the hygiene was still terrible. The shower, while technically working, had a fixed shower head that could not be adjusted, so all the water sprayed outside the bathtub, making it unusable. The bed sheets and bedding were also dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or used for a long time. I will attach photos for reference. I strongly advise everyone NOT to book this hotel!

早餐份量足夠 由接駁車接送去吃二館早餐 側湖景，房價偏高

晚上睡覺時有机械運轉的聲音.時大時小很不好睡，早餐不錯吃，在碼頭傍邊交通方便

居住環境整齊乾淨 老闆人很客氣也很親切 早餐也很好吃 高樓層的全湖景房真的很讚 風景很美

The hotel is run by a kind older couple. I wound up entering the wrong hotel with a similar name and the older gentleman came out and escorted me to the correct place on the back of his motorcycle! Downside is that I think they insist the bath soap doubles as hand soap so there is only one container of soap in the bathroom. Decor is a bit dated but this is common in this area.

浴室窗簾無法保障隱私，燈光設計不佳，桌子燈光昏暗，浴室煙味濃，用餐環境較雜亂。沒有專屬停車場，距離較遙遠，室內空間較小。面臨湖景視野好，位處鬧區飲食方便。

Free parking at a short distance away. Some rooms offer excellent view of the port. As its operated as guesthouse, pls don't expect hotel level type of service and facilities. The bathroom is not very convenient as it does not have a shower-room section. Though newly painted, there are signs and smell of mould in the bath area. Otherwise, great value for money.

The room was really good. The views were great, the bed was conformable. The bath was great. The only issue - and it's a small issue, was the shower head didn't have anywhere to hang, so you had to hold the shower head while showering. I would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly.

The owner was very helpful and gave us a ride to the bus stop and to a beautiful temple on the wat.
