酒店服務員態度非常良好溝通，尊重每一個客人需求，服務態度認真， 小小不足係張床辱太軟身,對的上咗年紀大嘅客人，有啲辛苦！☹️

Convenient free shuttle bus to train station, need to arrange before arrival. Bus driver very nice. Free breakfast and dinner included.

整個旅程都很滿意，酒店內有spa做，但要預早訂服務。食物滿意，有專車接送，交通方便。

整體也不錯，一泊兩食加温泉，令人好有渡假感覺好放鬆。

員工不要貴賓前貴賓後啦，感覺超別扭⋯我來泡湯渡個假，不是想來做大爺的。 附送的晚餐早餐都很好吃，半自助方式的。材料新鮮，質素相當不錯，但種類不算很多。收盤子的速度超超超快，快到我感到像犯人被嚴密監視。牛排過熟有點小失望哦，但還是很好吃的啦。 溫泉意外的有療癒了我在高雄晒傷的皮膚，在房內泡上了幾個小時，感覺很讚，邊泡邊吃水果～超爽～房間也打理的很用心，很整潔。我很容易過敏，但沒打一個噴嚏。 他們有提供大崗山跟月世界接送跟導覽，新來的小弟應該上工沒多久，在大崗山回程開車錯過路口，有點小緊張地偷偷跟主任求救的樣子也太可愛了一點。

酒店職員貼心友善, 房間寧靜舒適。 房內溫泉清潔及寬敞。 酒店內的餐廳食物非常有水準, 唯一不足只是食物款式選擇不多。 酒店還會免費提供專車帶你到附近的景點觀光。 酒店也會提供接駁車到台南及高雄非常方便!!

The checkin was alright, reception staff on duty was a little lost with our questions, not exactly knowledgeable and response. The daily quick hourly tour to some “moon world” wasnt wow, it was just some natural stone landmark at a un-developed area. There was no restaurants/convenient stall around the vicinity. As it was a half boarded accomdation, breakfast & dinner are served. Our dinner on the first night was not too bad. I had a rib eye and he has a pork tbone. There was also a buffet for salad, soup, some light snack, fruits & drinks. Breakfast on the first day was not good; the so call captain was rude & not serviced oriented. Breakfast on second day was slightly better. We skipped dinner on the second night as we took the took shuttle bus out to Zuo Ying station where we hanged ard and train to KaoHsiung Area station for shopping & food. The lady who was at the reception the next day was so much better, attentive and service oriented. She knew we skipped dinner, asked if we want the restaraunt to prepare them for our lunch after we check out. She suggested we could have the food on the train ride back. Room was decent with the inhouse onsen. However I din like that the room was not brightly litted along the cupboard walkway/alley. Gives people the creeps as the only window was at the toilet.

房間，浴室和私人浴池大，浴室抽風好，舒適乾淨，衣服小毛巾晾一夜已經乾，酒店房有花季毛毛公仔和香薰浴室用品作贈品，浴室通往私人露台。早餐和晚餐是半自助式，不浪費，晚餐主食牛排美味，可以從餐單點最貴的其他主食，早餐可以從餐單任點，顯得酒店費沒那麼貴。酒店員工主動介紹景點，提供旅遊地圖，下午4時半有免費活動往月世界，如多增加免費活動更好，可惜沒有小商店賣崗山的農產品。需要自駕或包車前往。退房快捷。

房間很大很舒服，但是浴池我們自己清潔過，很髒．餐廳的食物一般，沒有到好吃

The room is super spacious, with in-room private hot spring bath and very nice view. Beds are comfortable. Staffs are very nice. We booked the room with half board. The dinner and breakfast were so delicious.

Nice onsen (hotspring bath) in room, particularly good for couples. Pitty that the outdoor pool was ruined by previous typhoon. Didn't try this time. Breakfast is very good. Japanese restaurant serves fusion style cuisine, japanese food with french style presentation. Very nice staff. Altought it is located in a very remote area, still easy access to downtown by hotel's shuttle bus or by taxi. Will go there again with my big kids, a boy and a girl. Just need to make sure to book an ordinary room for them as the onsen room has transparent glass doors

we booked the family rooms which were big and had a huge hot/cold spring bath inside. That was the only highlight of our stay. The food in the restaurant was below expectation. The staffs were not speak any english. No way you could ride a bike, unless you want to train your up slope and down slope strength. Overall the hotel was not really maintenance and the facility were old and dusty.
