サンムーンレイク ロフト イン

バス停から近く、湖もすぐそこで、街の中心街にあり便利です。遊歩道も近く、レンタルサイクルの店は隣で割引もあります。 ただし、ホテルの場所がgooglemapにでないので判りにくいです。あと、シャワールームにカーテンや扉が無く不便ですが、その他は満足です。

Right at the Sun Moon Lake. Great view over the lake. Walkable to restaurants and bus stations. Room is clean and comfortable to rest. Staff was friendly and willing to help.

I appreciated the room upgrade. My stay was ‘okay’ the building and rooms are older (Wall paper, smells like moth balls, stairwell is dirty) the upgraded rooms mini-fridge was broken. They had hot water and the bed was decent. Good location. central to the food, shops, boat harbor.

Cute place, good price. Loved the kitchen area set up on the second floor. We used it as a meeting area since we were traveling as a group of 11. Rooms were very spacious.

Bathroom is still the old tiles and not upgraded. The shower area does not have any divider and water will flow causing the entire bathroom to be wet. Too slippery and dangerous for users. Curtain material is too thin and affects sleep due to early sunrise.

雙人湖景空間很大，有和式房適合小小孩，外面風景很美，沒附早餐，可以買早餐到2樓交誼廳享用

This was a near-perfect stay. My room was spacious & modern, beautiful lake view, good elevator, heater worked, good wifi, quiet location, very close to pier. I really enjoyed my stay/room. My only complaint is there was no on-site staff available to assist, and only one staff member spoke English. (A second staff member also spoke some.) No one was there to greet me in person or provide tourist information (key left outside door in an envelope). I appreciate that I was able to store my luggage a few hours, however when I returned to pick it up and rang the bell, the person on the other end spoke no English and didn't understand I was there to pick up my bag. I could have missed my bus because of the delay. (I found someone on the street who could speak English and translate for me, so it all worked out in the end.) As well, the only housekeeping service that was offered/enquired on was the garbage. If you want more, you will need to ask/persist. (And if they don't ask you about garbage, don't assume it will be done automatically for you.) Suggestions: - a lamp beside the bed. -such a beautiful view of the lake, but no comfortable chair to pull up to the window. (Maybe I could have moved the couch?) - please leave a few ENGLISH maps in the lounge - a top sheet or extra blanket would be nice - there was no in-room coffee available, only tea TIPS: - viewing deck on top floor, but open very limited hours - staff at the cafe next door had a bldg fob

Large room; had a view of the lake; close to the ferries and accessible to many places nearby.

住的環境很吵，床很軟。

整个台湾十二晚的行程，这是最完美的住宿体验。

The inn is clean but starting to get a little run-down. There is info about a daily reception on the 2nd floor posted in multiple places, but it never had the promised tea, coffee, and snacks. Mattress was way too firm. On the plus side, there were plenty of electrical oulets. Also, my room faced the lake. All the complaints I just listed were canceled out by the stunning views.

就在水社碼頭，地點十分方便。 設施整潔，二樓有客人專用小空間，可惜是入住當天咖啡機壞了。

地點極佳，台中來的客車站很近。近水社碼頭，各樣商店食店很方便，房間算寧靜。這個價錢可以有湖景房，雖不是全湖景，但看到碼頭，伊達邵和慈恩塔，已經很不錯。沒有前臺，服務極簡單，但對想要寧靜和自由的我，就十分合適。極力推介一定要湖景房。

入住發現床上有毛髪及幾隻螞蟻，抓掉後想說算了，出去逛一圈回來發現床上、地上、桌上、厠所都有螞蟻，小孩還被螞蟻咬了幾口，因為床上實在無法睡，才跟業者反映，雖然經過溝通也換了別家入住，但實在是很掃興又心很累的一次旋程！！！

距離停車場很近 房間乾淨

地點位在水社鬧區，附近吃東西方便；周末的水社碼頭有駐唱。 親子四人房空間很大，有溜滑梯小孩玩得很開心；浴室內掛勾不足；雙人床較晃，旁邊的人的動作容易影響到另一個人。

唯一不滿意的地方是廁所 沒有乾濕分離 就淋浴跟廁所一起 整間濕搭搭 有些不方便😅 但床具跟毛巾都乾淨 是有用心在清潔這部分⋯
