I am 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Janet, in particular, took great care of us with such thoughtful attention. Thank you so much. Additionally, as it was our wedding anniversary, we made a special request, and we truly appreciate the thoughtful touches such as the wine, the letter, and the beautiful bed decoration. Thank you very much for your kind consideration.

One of our favourite places to stay on our holiday. We liked the decor, the bathroom had underfloor heating and the staff were incredible, I can't say enough about them. They helped us book a cab for a very early ferry to orchid island and even made us a breakfast box the night before! My Chinese isn't very good but they were incredibly patient and spoke slowly. When we told them we just got engaged they decorated our room with flower petals and balloons. It's very close to the beach and they have a QR code at the front desk linking to nearby restaurants they recommend. Recommend it very highly and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again when we next come to Kenting.

Our stay was a 4 days 3 night one with a small kid. This was really a great stay with stunning view, cozy room and helpful staff. Waking up in the morning, seeing the bright blue sky and beach with clear water was truly amazing. The hotel was close to South Beach and it was very convenient for water activities. It was not far from Kenting Main Street which looking for food with car was easy.

This hotel is really good. Jenny, the concierge gave us a very warm welcome so we really got a good first impression. The hotel has a great location and is very modern. The beach is also nice and so are the restaurants especially Bossa Nova. We really recommend this hotel!

Very nice place to visit and stay. Real chill and relax. Best service I’ve ever had. However, don’t recommend bringing a large luggage, still tough to carry up to 2/3 floor through a small and narrow stair. Everything else is just perfect.
