茶雲居

The hotel owner was very kind and helpful. He drove us to a nice Taiwanese restaurant. Tea tasking was also good.

食事や買い物が出来るエリアからやや遠いが，その分，宿の人が車で送迎してくれて大変有り難かった。 ベッド，トイレ，シャワーは清潔で問題なく使えた。 ６階の展望スペースからの山々の眺めが素晴らしい。

最上階で景色が素晴らしいお部屋を用意してくださいました。部屋もとても綺麗に清掃されていて気持ちが良かったです。何よりも、ホテルのご家族皆さんの温かい言葉の一つ一つに癒されました。また来たいです。

民宿というより、ホテル。 写真より立派でびっくりしました。 朝ごはんは中華。蒸しパンがとても美味しかったです。

アクセスも良くなく、施設自体も清潔感はあるものの、普通のレベルです。 けど、何を見ても評価が高いのは、オーナー一家のホスピタリティが素晴らしいからでしょう。 レストランや登山口まで車に乗せて行ってくれますが、押しつけがましくなく、ホスピタリティっていうことが伝わってきます。 周囲のお茶畑の風景も美しく、何かほっと出来る場所です。 オーナーがお茶畑を案内してくれる他、宿でもお茶が飲めます。 お茶のクオリティが高いのに加え、山の湧き水を浄水して使っているので、すごくまろやかな味になります。 お茶好きだったら大変おすすめです。

お茶農家のご家族が経営しているホテルです。阿里山のお茶を淹れていき、茶畑を見せていただくこともできました。夕飯は、ご主人がレストランや食堂がある石棹まで車で連れて行って下さいました。歩くと約20分の場所です。ホテルの6階から朝日が見えます。 朝ご飯は中華のビュッフェでとても美味しかったです。 最寄りの7322のバス停、頂永興から徒歩3分です。嘉義駅に行く時は石棹から乗りました。息子さんが車で送って下さいました。とても良い滞在でした。

About 40-ish minute drive from Alishan national park. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We had a problem with a smell coming from the toilet, but the staff fixed it right away. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us. Overall, great time and would book again.

The owners were very nice and hospitable. They drove us to the bus station to get to Alishan and arranged for dinner reservations since it’s not in a central location with a lot of dining or transportation options. Felt very homey.

The registration attendant was very helpful with my check in. The room is clean, and I got properly situated once I realized that the drinking water is available from a common area on the floor outside the room.

Love this place! The hosts are wonderful! Very helpful and kind family! We are very thankful to be able to stay at the 6th floor for 2 nights! Sunrise and sunset were gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is convenient. The hosts will provide rides to nearby restaurants or 7 to get food. Book here!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were clean, quiet and spacious, with splendid views and easy access to outdoor sunrise viewing. The staff were outstanding: friendly, generous with their time and always willing to help. We would happily stay here again. (One thing to note is that bus service, while reliable and close at hand, is infrequent. We wished we had rented a car.)

***Note this property is not in Ali Shan. But it is great to stay 1 night as a brief layover. Rooms were clean and lots of space. Would recommend for a quick stay.

The property is very nice and clean. One thing to note in the thin walls as you can hear your neighbours if they’re talking normally/snoring. The owners of the property are very kind and helpful. Overall I would recommend for anyone staying in the area

Tea Cloud Guest House was a good property! Nice and peaceful, however felt quite isolated and very limited dining options. The restaurant next door was ok and very expensive, I would advise people to have a 7/11 dinner instead of eating at the restaurant next door. The staff at the accommodation were incredibly nice and welcoming and offered me some free tea which I greatly appreciated!!

The property is half way to the top of the mountain, so about an hour's driving from Jiaye. The suite we stay has two bedrooms, a shared washroom with two bidet toilets and a large shower. It also has a large living room and an open tea room that can be converted into a bed room. The suite is clean and very comfortable to stay for a family. The staffs were very friendly. One of the attractions of Alisan is sunrise, you can enjoy a cup of Alisan's green tea in their lounge at the sixth floor. However, if you are enthusiastic about Alisan's sunrise, you should drive to the top of the mountain. You will be above the cloud which is very beautiful also and be able to watch the sun rising from the cloud.
