Super Aufenthalt – tolles Ambiente und freundliches Personal!
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Hotel! Die Atmosphäre war einfach toll, und das gesamte Team war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und wunderschön gestaltet – wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Das Essen war morgens, mittags und abends immer lecker und abwechslungsreich, da war für jeden etwas dabei!
Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön und geräumig, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt für mich persönlich war das Salzwasser in der Dusche, aber das hat den Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt.

Superbe séjour dans un cadre magnifique. J'attache beaucoup d'importance à la décoration et je n'ai pas été déçue. Les repas sont très bons et le personnel très attentionné.les chambres avec piscine sont vraiment agréables. Nous y avons passé 9 jours en tout inclus et n'avons pas quitté l'hôtel !

My stay at Kwanza was amazing, stayed here for my honeymoon and my wife really loved the resort. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms which was a nice added feature. The only thing I could fault this hotel is the drainage system in the shower and sink is a bit slow to go down the drain other than that everything is 5 star. I would definitely stay here again and the staff were all amazing and accommodating.

The hotel was generally good but the pool area lacked something and I’m not sure. Could do with cleaning more as today it had a lot of flies/wasps and bits gathering at the steps, water didn’t look a great colour.
Bathroom in my room smelt of sewerage, did not improve after calling reception.
My daughter had raw/undercooked chicken in her chicken wrap and she ate some of it without realising. Spoke with the management but it didn’t seem to matter.
Not the best experience and some staff were slow to bring drinks, today I waited 20mins and there was no one else at the pool

Un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel (chambre avec jacuzzi) :
- Le personnel est au petit soin, ils répondent présent au moindre problème
- La nourriture est excellente que ce soit le buffet ou les deux autres restaurants (japonais et africain)
- Les chambres sont grandes
- Il y a de quoi s’occuper : piscine, plage (magnifique corail), terrain de sport, salle de sport …
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Vi havde 4 dejlige dag. der er 3 restauranter hvoraf den ene er buffet restaurant.meget flinkt og høflig personale.
Stedet er lidt slidt og der var kun en trappe til stranden. Den sidste dag fik vi lov til at bruge restaurant og pool 4 timer efter vi var tjekket ud, til vores taxi kom.

Ce fut un très bon séjour dans l’hôtel kwanza ressort,
Petit point négatif, La chambre était un peu loin des restaurant À pied avec notre fils de un an, le point à améliorer et de mettre des voitures (comme celle que vous avez pour récupérer les bagages ).
Et crée des points de ramassage des hôtes .

The stay was definitely what I would describe as a paradise resort, great food and entertainment and the staff are very friendly.With the only slight feedback being they had a lot of power cuts through the stay and water cuts occasionally but it was fixed once reported. A slight bit of maintenance needs to be done with regards to rust but is very difficult with the type of climate in Zanzibar but overall I would recommend this as a 5 star location in Zanzibar, thank you.

I loved this property. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. They have many food options at the resort and they have different activities for free, painting on Mondays and Fridays were my favorite.

A very beautiful property. Super nice staff. Very over priced and underwhelming with Meal options. Buffet style without meal plan is $45 per person per meal per a day! I do a lot of traveling and thats the most ridiculously price I have ever had. When checking out, additional $70 was added to the final bill. Once again, highest taxes I have experienced within my time of traveling. Will definitely visit Zanzibar again, but will prefer another hotel!!

Zanzibar is a beautiful island, however Kwanza doesn’t live up to its 5 star rating.
Food - terrible, food was stale, rehashed from the day before and the same food nearly every day.
Service - not great, we had a few issues, like a flood into our room - which were very poorly handled - overall they just didn’t seem to care about much.
If we were paying $250 per night, there would be no complaints but they are asking the same rates as Dubai with nowhere near the same level of service or hospitality.

It’s an amazing place,I will recommend kwanza to anyone who wants to have a quiet and peaceful get away, it’s unique, the staffs are very welcoming,the food is nice,
What I didn’t like was the payment process during reservation, I had clicked payment upon arrival, but I was debited immediately I keyed in my account details.
That didn’t seat well with me.
But apart from that, kwanza is very nice place.
