Rooms are decent, but you do expect more at this price. Room amenities like shampoo and soap feel like something out of a highway motel. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and quickly created. Definitely stay here, its my go to in mwanza forprice to quality

Love this hotel, its my go to in mwanza. This time had a few issues with electronics in the room and it did seem a bit worn but overall will still go back.

Great location and a very nice hotel, a little expensive but the room was nice and the bed was soft and comfortable. Restaurant had a great menu with good food though the breakfast was mostly local and not what we're use to from North America. But you can always have an omelet and bacon. A little disappointed there was no fridge in the room, would have been nice to have some cool water and the tv signal was spotty and a bad picture but you could still watch a movie. I will stay again but only for short stays because of the cost.

Room was clean. Front desk staff was average. Staff throughout the rest of the hotel was great. A second room key wasn't provided. Even though thete was 2 people in the room. I didn't quite understand that

Zentral in der Stadt gelegen. Außerordentlich freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist, ebenso wie die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant, sehr gut. Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig.

Great location and a very nice hotel, a little expensive but the room was nice and the bed was soft and comfortable. Restaurant had a great menu with good food though the breakfast was mostly local and not what we're use to from North America. But you can always have an omelet and bacon. A little disappointed there was no fridge in the room, would have been nice to have some cool water and the tv signal was spotty and a bad picture but you could still watch a movie. I will stay again but only for short stays because of the cost.

Location is very nice in middle down. Staff were supportive. If given a lower floor room a lot of traffic noise specially in the morning. Overall hotel is very good

Checking in was disappointing. I was told my booking was cancelled then Expedia has not notified them. I was only accommodated when I insisted, provided proof of booking and insisted on evidence of refund.
