Flott opphold på fantastisk strand

Very friendly staff everywhere ,I could mention a few (alibaba ,Suleiman, the waiters animation front desk they are all a good team).the Villas are perfectly designed and decorated .they compound is kept clean all through. What I wasn’t really pleased was the variety of foods, I missed local foods on the daily basis ! The drinks on all inclusive were terrible especially the juices .

lovely resort, rooms are very nice and clean however communication between the staff was terrible, requests that were made and confirmed prior to arrival were not met, information given to us on check in was poor and not accurate. staff failed to communicate guest requirements to other members of staff

This is, at best a 3* hotel. Breakfast was the same everyday and the food options were of poor standard. The rooms are outdated but clean. The beach is nice but difficult to swim because of rocks and urchins. The seafood restaurant by the beach serves great food but it is expensive. There were better options (food quality, ambience and value) at other restaurants a few minutes walk along the beach towards rock restaurant. Another option is a $35 round trip by taxi to Paje beach where there are some nice bars and restaurants and the atmosphere is lively. Overall, Karafuu beach is not good value for money and I would not grade it as a 5* hotel.

Tres bon sejour tous cest bien passe quelque coupure de courant mais super accueil. Dommage que la plage soit pas tres propre et souvent en marais basse.

Tout d'abord l'hôtel et magnifique la piscine ainsi que tous les membres de l'équipe restauration et bar Cependant l'hôtel je pense que l'hôtel ne mérite pas son 5 étoiles j'ai fais plusieurs hôtel sur Lile de plus des 4 étoiles et pourtant là réception et plus chaleureuse du Wi-Fi dans les chambres alors que la il fau payer 10 dollars j'ai voyager dans le monde entier et tjr dans des 4 5 étoile et j'ai été étonné Les repas son variée selon les soirs le petit déjeuner lui et pas très fournis Voilà

Hvis man er til ren afslapning og gerne bare vil koble af fra alting, aå er Karafuu stedet! Hoteller er godt placeret ved en meget lækker strand som er det smukkeste jeg har set! Personalet er meget imødekommende, og smilende! Morgenmaden er ikke noget som lige er til 5 stjerner, men ellers er alt andet godt! Vi planlægger allerede at komme der derned til december måned med vores venner!

Hotel is nice some of the staff are great. Breakfast is very poor for a 5* hotel Dinner is ok Italian restaurant is good Rooms are nice Sea there is really good just you have to enter through a long bridge because beginning of sea is low tide and muddy but once inside its great Area is rural and isolated there some nice bars and restaursnts not far from there.

Staff is bending over backwards to help people and are so nice. Bugs in condiments at restaurant. Leaks in rooms. Constantly overbooked and shuffling people to other hotels even though they booked. Buffet runs out of food nightly before people have eaten. WiFi only in lobby. They refill their ketchup bottles with watered down tomato paste. Lovely property and staff, just needs better management and maintenance. Constantly having problems everyday. The management doesn’t seem to care because they are too busy. Offered free meal after finding multiple bugs in condiments and then charged for it. Not sure if communication problems or they are too busy to keep track. Staff is great at trying to keep up but obviously overwhelmed.

Large resort, a lot of activities. Well situated on a nice beach.

Les tarifs pratiqués sont exorbitants pour extrêmement peu de services. Il y a plein d'hôtels sympas aux alentours, à privilégier donc si comme nous vous aviez choisi cette étape pour découvrir the Rock ! A éviter également le SPA : prix horriblement chers et qualité des soins médiocre.

Présence du club de plongée dans l hôtel avec 2 plongées le matin

The location is very good ans thé food is very nice

Great place for family with nice pool and enclosed very shallow area, plus swim up bar fun for young swimmers to enjoy a juice drink. Good beach for walking and food was yummy with great varieties.

Außer an der Rezeption war das Personal super nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Managment ist top! Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern ist gut. Man ist in Afrika, das darf man nicht vergessen. Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man viel Erholung sucht. Es gibt wenig shops und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben allinclusiv dazu gebucht. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Fitnesscenter ist gut ausgestatten, allerdings auch etwas wartungsbedürftig. Ob man nun 50 USD pro Woche für Wlan nehmen muss ist fraglich...Wir konnten das Gottseidank etwas reduzieren. Aber sonst alles wirklich top!

Nous venons de passer un super sejour dans cet hotel. Cadre super, personnel très agréable, repas tres bons et variés. Lagune magnifique avec coraux et poissons a proximité de la plage. A recommander.
