部屋が綺麗。カードキーが2枚あるとより良い。

先ずは良いところから･･ ①ﾊﾞﾝｸﾞﾗ通りの真ん中に位置しているのでﾋﾞｰﾁにも近いし夜遊びにもﾏｯｻｰｼﾞやｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞ等にも場所的には便利な場所です。 ②ﾎﾃﾙ内の部屋やﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ等は新しく清潔感があって良いと思います。 ③朝食はすごく内容良かったです。4種類から選べます。どれも満足。 悪いところ･･･ ①致命的な事は夕方6時を過ぎるとﾊﾞﾝｸﾞﾗ通りに車が入れないので、荷物持って歩いてﾁｪｯｸｲﾝしなくてはいけません。更にはﾌﾛﾝﾄでﾀｸｼｰを呼べません。（電話で呼んでくれない）勝手にﾊﾞﾝｸﾞﾗ通りでﾀｸｼｰを探せとﾌﾛﾝﾄが言います。（考えられないです。ﾊﾞﾝｸﾞﾗ通りのﾀｸｼｰはややこしいのばかりです。） 　恐らく宿泊客の中にはﾎﾞｯﾀｸられたり事件に巻き込まれた人もいるかも？ ②従業員教育が駄目です。部屋の傘が壊れていたりﾄﾞﾗｲﾔｰが壊れていても、先ずは客が壊したのではないかと疑います。なかなか対処してくれません。 総括：色々悪く書きましたが、自分でﾀｸｼｰを手配出来る（知り合いorﾒｰﾀｰﾀｸｼｰ等）人でないと危険なﾎﾃﾙだと思います。女性だけとか白タクで空港に向かうなんて考えられない事です。 　どうしてもこのｴﾘｱが良いなら料金はあまり変わらないのでﾊﾞﾝｸﾞﾗ向かいのTHE KEY RESORTの方が間違いなく大満足だと思います。規模も4星らしく車寄せもあるしﾀｸｼｰもﾎﾟｰﾀｰが手配してくれます。 このﾎﾃﾙは4星どころか1星のﾗﾌﾞﾎﾃﾙくらいのﾗﾝｸではないでしょうか？

立地条件は最高です。隣は､クラブの為エレベーター近くの部屋は朝４時ぐらいまで音楽が聞こえます。設備に特に問題はありませんが、髪の毛が落ちていたり、浴室が汚かったり衛生面はあまりよくありませんが、タイのホテルレベルでは普通なのかもしれません。朝食はビュッフェと記載されていましたが、普通にメニューから選択するタイプでした。

The time of Check in hotel is 14:00 but I was waited until 15:40.After I entered my room the staff went into my room and cleaned the bath without connection and explanation. Finally there was no apology to us from the staff. Since the lodging expense of a hotel is high, you should improve service. We will never use this hotel.

The hotel and room were very well appointed and the room was super comfortable. Location is right in the middle of everything and a short walk from the beach. There is some maintenance clearly needed but for the price, the hotel and room offered really great value. The hotel has a lovely restaurant located on the roof and so I was interested in using it for breakfast. I found the breakfast menu somewhat limited though. Overall, it was a super pleasant stay.

Great location close to Bangla Street. Older hotel. Nice rooftop views and small pool. We booked an executive suite with a jacuzzi, but were initially told the jacuzzi was turned off due to a broken system increasing health risks. We were offered an upgrade to a penthouse with a working jacuzzi if we payed the difference. We asked them to give us the upgrade for free since we specifically paid for a more expensive room for the jacuzzi. Their response was to turn on our jacuzzi and telling us it was shut down do to noise in the pipes. We didn't use it. We might stay there again because of the location.

Was here for the first half of February 2024. Staff were very kind and helpful with any question/request I had. There was some ongoing construction to the outside of the building that was definitely audible throughout parts of the day, and all of the jacuzzis were out of service, so if your booking was dependent on either of those things it’s something to consider for the foreseeable future. The music from Bangla road was no problem, which was surprising, so that was a big plus. All in all, if you want to be close to Patong beach and Bangla road, this hotel location is about as good as it gets.

Very convenient area to access all the fun area’s. No need to take a taxi or grab, everything walkable. Not the Hilton but the location is perfect and easy. Well worth it.

Very nice stay, super staff, renovated roof top pool area and restaurant, rooms are nig and comfortable. Access direct to bangla road. Only issue if arriving or leaving after 5pm then access to hotel is difficult as the main road is closed to car traffic. Reception was very helpful and made effort to meet the taxi on the main road and walked me to the hotel.

Very nice rooms, the staff are very friendly and very nice, it a little dated but very well kept!

Very convenient location. Walking distance to the beach; shopping areas; dinning; where all the fun is. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Chose their best room with jacuzzi on the balcony. Very quiet and so close to everything
