At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself. Are you in Phuket to look at all the attractions or do you intend to stay at your resort for the entire stay. If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. HOWEVER, this resort has amazing rooms which are clean with the option for balcony to pool access. Mine also had a king bed. Enough space to swing a cat plus there is two restaurants plus a couple of activities like billiards room, kids room, spa room and cheap cocktails and cheap amazing food (which you can have room service - cocktails included). My friends stayed at the Marriot next door and that resort was huge. It had a plethora of shops, restaurants etc, but you pay through your nose for the rooms which my friends said they are tired and need a refurb. The Absolute is great value, and the money you save can be used on partying in Partong or shopping. Choice is easy I believe.

Not worth the money we paid. Breakfast buffet was limited and very average we didnt use it, food by the pool when ordered on the QR codes after 45 minutes still hadnt even been started so we cancelled our orders. Room service you need to go to the restaurant and pick it up yourself as they charge extra to delever to the room. Location is quiet but cant walk anywhere close by without hiking 45mins up hill. Room cleaning each day was so late. We were go out for the day for a morning activity coming home at 3-4pm and room still hadnt been done to the point we were asked to leave our room on 2 occsions at 4pm so they could clean. One time i was even in my pjs having an afternoon nap. Rooms were clean and hotel pool was nice but would not stay again and would not recommend.

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, gut ausgestattet und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage: Wer großen Menschenmengen an Stränden aus dem Weg gehen möchte, findet in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels drei wunderschöne und deutlich weniger besuchte Strände.

This property is poorly maintained.
Many rooms have cracked glass on balconies covered in a black film spoiling view.
Also many substantial structural cracks which seem to be given little attention.
Property is high up in hills away from the centre of Patong, fine if you want a quiet, relaxing break, not so suitable if you want to be part of the beach or nightlife.
Limited entertainment available onsite, what entertainment they do have is at their sister property Bangla Suites situated on Bangla Rd in the centre of Patong.
Entrtainment is only available if you are a member/partner/owner, which is not clearly advertised.
Says food is available until 11pm but when coming out of the onsite sports bar after a game of killer pool provided by the resort team at 10.15pm were informed all restaurants were closed.
Staff however are fantastic & simply cannot do enough for you.
This is not really a holiday hotel more of a timeshare/lifestyle resort with 'Absolute Staff' desperately trying to sell you properties.
We booked totally independently & were still forced to have a meeting despite saying numerous times we were not interested.
If you are thinking of staying here please do your homework as this property is not the luxurious hotel it advertises itself as or indeed charges for.

Ich habe noch nie so eine blitzsaubere und gepflegte Ferienanlage gesehen!
Liegt sicherlich auch daran, dass sie noch recht neu ist.
Personal top - das Essen, soweit wir es beurteilen können, sehr schmackhaft (die Pizza war echt lecker!)
Gut ausgestattetes Appartement - an der Küchenausstattung könnte man sicher noch einiges verbessern.
Was uns halt nicht gefiel war der Strand und die Baustelle auf dem Weg dort hin, sowie die Tatsache, dass man schon recht weit vom Schuss wohnt. Fahrt nach Patong Beach: hin 300, zurück 400 Baht.
Wem meine Kritikpunkte nicht stören, dem kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

I feel the hotel has lost the idea of what kind of place they want to be. This is a remote area. So, if I go there, obviously I am looking for a quiet place, where I can relax in silence, at least in my own room!!! But, the hotel hired some mediocre (first I thought it was karaoke, actually) musicians that play everyday the same loud music from 7pm until 10pm. Also, the road construction is going on near the hotel until 11pm with power generators making noise.
Also, you hear your neighbors. Nowadays, quite some annoying people find it obligatory to report non-stop everything going on in their lives to all their relatives and friends everyday on video calls. They find it especially enjoyable while smoking on the shared balcony. Some neighbors listen loud music anytime on a balcony or in their room.
The inner blocks of the aircons are very noisy even when turned off, because of the central air conditioning and echo of outer blocks is constantly coming. The outer blocks of the aircons rattle against the walls and you can feel the vibration through your pillow even when you lay in bed. The hotel must invest into proper maintenance of the air conditioners rather than into hiring the annoying army of dressed-in-green people that are desperately trying to lure into some membership. At least they must fix the entrance door that scratch against the floor and cannot be opened without a proper push.
Smoking is allowed even in restaurants and balconies, which is ridiculous nowadays.

Getting a Taxi to Patong cost $10 each way.
There is a hotel shuttle but it has pretty limited service.
The staff was excellent but they are limited by company policies. The cleaners don’t give fresh towels. We were there for 10 days and I had to hand in the towels at the half way mark and then wait hours before we got any back. One day we didn’t get cleaning (they must have missed us) so we didn’t get water, they charged us $3 USD per bottle. One day we had no toilet paper and I had to go search for some.
The food was really good, much better than most hotels. We are foodies and chose to eat at the resort several times. Breakfast was varied - western and Thai, great pizza and salads at The Kitchen.
