アリュール リゾート

Beim Buchen habe ich mich auf die Bilder und Bewertungen verlassen. Bei der Ankunft der erste Schock mitten in der pampas und Rezeption wirkt eher wie ein Wohnzimmer nicht sehr professionell. Die Anlage wirkt sauber aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Villen waren geschlossen das die renoviert werden müssen. Der Spa Bereich absolut baufällig und nicht am laufen. Die Villa mit Pool war sehr sauber und geräumig der Safe und der TV im Schlafzimmer gingen nicht. Der Poll am Strand recht baufällig die Sitze und Liegen am Pool absolut schäbig und nicht sehr einladend. Am ersten Morgen bestellten wir uns Frühstück in die Villa. Sehr ernüchternd die Portionen sehr überschaubar und preislich recht hoch. Wurden sofort gebeten zu bezahlen. Die denke man könnte aus dem resort etwas tolles machen mit einem neuen Management. Die Lage ist toll für Leute die die Ruhe und Abgelegenheit lieben.

Good resort, area was really good

This place is incredible. We only stayed one night but the lodgings are beautiful. The restaurant and pool right on the beach exceed expectations. But the best part is the staff. We were having trouble getting to Koh Pha Ngan for the full moon party and the front desk clerk, KHANOM, did everything should could to help us. Our boat was cancelled and she found us another one near by after many calls and online efforts. She organized a taxi as well. She is such a great help. We really appreciate her. Would definitely stay here again.

The Villa we stayed in was great! The cleanliness and the slave of both the living area as well as the bedroom was luxurious and spacious. The same goes for the bathroom as it features his and hers sinks. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the food in the restaurant/bar. The taste of the dishes I ordered was mediocre at best. You can easily get better quality food for less money nearby. Other than that the staff and management were very nice and helpful as well as welcoming. Thank you
