Excellent séjour passé dans cet établissement. Petit chalet confortable dans un resort et centre de plongée. Très bon accueil et service, petit déjeuner très agréable servi vue mer. Nuits calmes, proches de superbes plages pour faire du snorking. Nous y avons louer un scooter pour découvrir les petits joyaux de la côte

Did the job. Rooms were clean but very dated. Breakfast choices very limited, especially for vegetarians. All needs updating and upgrading for the price you are paying. Close to beach but beach needed cleaning.

Le personnel est très peu jovial, le service au restaurant est d'une lenteur jamais vu. c'est vrai que c'est un centre de plongée mais si il ne veulent pas d'autres clientele ils n'ont qu'a ne louer qu'aux plongeurs.

Alomejor esperaba más por las fotos del lugar. El cuarto tipo cabaña independiente muy bien, cuarto amplio y fresco, cama confortable y ducha con buena presión pero moja todo el baño. Tiene entrada al mar pero no es una buena elección playa, del tiempo q estuvimos ahí nadie se metió al mar, optamos por irnos a tatooh beach q está cerca. El staff te resuelve pero sientes como q estás molestando, no hay la típica sonrisa tailandesa. El último día no nos querían dar el desayuno q estaba incluido hasta q fui a recepción a reclamar. No regresaría, invertiría un poco más para un lugar con mejor playa, pero tampoco fue mala la estadía.

Lovely place, perfect for when taking ypur diving courses. A bit displacing with the info about the beach, theres basicslly no possibility to swim at the beach. Otherwise lovely place, perfect symbiosis with the diving courses

I loved it here, my second time as a solo traveller, I felt safe at all times. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, a few minutes walk to good restaurants, great coffee place, atm and shops. Everything you need for a relaxing time, I would recommend.

went diving in Koh Tao, Thailand through Assava Dive Resort. Beautiful accommodations and right off the ocean. Felt like paradise. I signed up for my open-water scuba diving PADI course with Steven Crane. An amazing teacher and explained everything. He removed the fear and hesitation I had about diving. I felt completely safe under his hands and he was with me for every dive. I loved it so much that I signed up for the advanced PADI open water course, and did ten dives with Steve. Brilliant experience and profound when I swam with a whale shark.

I am a returning guest (2017 we stayed there already and were quite satisfied) and it has even improved since then. Right now they are building new seminar rooms for diving courses which will be finished soon.

Ottimo Resort a Koh Tao. Tutti molto cordiali.

La struttura è fantastica, siamo stato davvero bene soprattutto all’esterno, molta tranquillità e relax. Il personale è un po’ distratto, al check in sono stati molto frettolosi ed invece per la colazione attese lunghissime immotivate

We are a mom-daughter duo from the US. A great stay. The bungalows are older but clean. Bed very comfortable and AC works very well (this is important due to the heat). Restaurant serves delicious food (all meals) as well as great views. The dive shop on site is super convenient with a lot of great excursion offerings. We look forward to coming back to Assava again for future diving classes and programs. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the pier as well as motor bike rentals. The resort is also walking distance to the beautiful Shark Bay where snorkeling was absolutely fantastic (sea turtles!!) Staff friendly and kind.

Thanks to Chas, Rod, Viola and all the rest of the diving masters and staff at the Assava. Patient, knowledgeable and great guides. Did a refresher and my son got the Open water. Couldn't have been better. Nice and quiet area. Just one thing. Have more trashcans close to the beach. Makes it easier to pick up garbage from the beach.

Très bel endroit. Chambre très propre et confortable. J’ai adoré j’y reviendrai. Néanmoins la nourriture du restaurant est moyenne.

Beachfront resort with spacious, comfortable rooms. The food at its restaurant is excellent, and there are several other good options nearby. A highlight is the area with view to the bay, where I used to eat and relax in the evenings. The swimming pool is also nice, albeit sometimes shared with diving classes.
