Wonderful place to relax. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and location.

Rustic but an authentic island experience!

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a home away from home. This family-owned, villa style hotel is filled with warmth and hospitality, the people here welcomed me like family. My bungalow was absolutely beautiful, with air conditioning in the bedroom for ultimate comfort and a spacious wraparound deck that was perfect for my morning yoga sessions. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

The food was phenomenal. The staff were so wonderful. The setting is beautiful. Buildings traditional. The beach is a little rocky but the wonderful staff give you sea shoes on arrival. It’s quiet, a proper spot to unwind and relax. If you’re looking for somewhere with plenty of dining options and lively, this isn’t it. But for ultimate wind down it’s perfect.

A fantastic place to visit for relax. Beautiful surroundings designed to help you find peace and enjoy Thailand at its best. The staff were very helpful in arranging excursions and transportation, and genuinely interested in the guests. Clean and tidy both inside and out.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is on a remote and sparsely populated island. It has the most beautiful views, easy access to the beach and swimming in the ocean, ready transportation ad needed, attentive staff and owners and the best chicken massaman curry you will ever put in your mouth. This place is special - don’t tell anyone.

Absolutely wonderful 8 night stay. Lovely quiet beach. Excellent food in the restaurant. We can’t say enough about the staff who were really helpful and friendly they made our stay a memorable one.

First, the staff must be recognized. Kwan made sure everything we needed was taken care of....from laundry, to scooter arrangement, to taxi service. Her kindness is so heart warming and its clear she truly cares about the guests. I felt like I made a new friend in Kwan and was sad to leave. The entire staff is so sweet. Second, the FOOD! We travelled all over Thailand for weeks and Banyan Bay is hands down the most delicious food we had the entire trip. The flavors are so fresh and well balanced. Once I had the green curry I couldn't think of anything else! Everything was incredible. We stayed in the Mali Villa down by the bay. It was cleaned and freshened up for us every day. My husband and I were only supposed to stay here for 1 night, but ended up forfeiting our payment to our next location just to stay here for a few extra days. The views are beautiful! Thank you to Kwan and staff, I hope one day the stars align and we can see you again!

Banyan bay was the highlight of my 15 day tour of Thailand. This is some of the best authentic Thai food I’ve had staff was absolutely incredible friendly attentive helpful can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. Private beach amazing food and amazing people. I want to tell people to stay away from Koh Pu just so it stay as amazing as it is. But if you go, this place is the place to stay.

We had a magnificient stay at Banyan Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt like home during our stay. There is plenty of activities which are available for free like kayak, paddle board, and cooking class. One thing to take note about the natural friend "insects" around the environment. I would definitely come back for more.

Awesome little place - close to nature (and the beach!)

Thoroughly enjoyed our six night stay in a beach house, service fantastic, food amazing, perfect location for relaxing and recharging. Nai the manager extremely helpful ensuring our stay and transfers were smooth and stress free. Beach house could do with some love and attention to detail, but it didn’t impact our experience. Loved our time there.

We love staying at Banyan Bay Villa. The second time! It’s very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We had our own beach and the food was exceptionally delicious. Kitima, the owner has created a beautiful retreat place that radiates with her warmth and love. And her manager Nai add a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place and I will be back❤️

FANTASTIQUE

It’s paradise. We stayed in one of the newer beach front bungalows & the view is stunning, very comfortable and clean. The staff are lovely, the food excellent and although we intended going out to explore when we arrived we didn’t want to leave so stayed put for the 3 days. Only regret is should have stayed for longer. Book you won’t regret it.
