Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform BLU PINE Villa & Pool Access - SHA Plus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. An extra bed (see Hotel Policies) is required for families with 2 children. One child under 10 years is charged THB 200 per person per night when using existing beds, any extra amenities requested will be at additional cost and will be charged separately. Please note that in case of early check-out, guests will be charged an additional night. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
