レストランの料理がおいしい。サービスや設備なども総合的にはとても良い。細かな所で気になるところはあるが対応なども悪くなく問題ない。

とてもお洒落で素敵なホテルでした。サービスも最高。高級感があり、部屋でも眺めがよく、ゆっくりできる環境でとても満足できました。

12月16日〜18日ストゥディオプールビラに2泊しました。 カオラックは5回滞在したことがあり、サンズカオラック、サロジン、JWマリオット、メリディアン、カサデラフローラを利用しました。 【交通面】 ・バンニヤンマーケット(月水土のみ開催)へはホテルで貸し出してくれる自転車(2時間100バーツ)で約5分程度です。 ・カオラックセンター(中心地)へはシャトルバスはなくタクシーやトゥクトゥクで5〜6分程度。片道150バーツでホテルフロントにて呼んでもらえます。 【お部屋】 とてもロマンチックで素敵でした。しかし快適さは別で、ベッドが部屋のセンターに配置されているため狭かったです。また、2人で座る場所が涼しい室内にはベッドしかなく少し居心地が悪かったです。バスは日本の一般的なお風呂の3倍以上の広さでお湯を溜めるのに1時間以上かかりました（笑） 【衛生面】 非常に清潔でどこを見てもピカピカ言うことありません。 【設備】 タイの雰囲気はありませんが、モダンなインテリアで素敵でした。 メインプールはとても小さいですし、プール周りのビーチベッドも素敵でしたが全部で8組分が狭いところに密集しています。ただあまり泳いでる方もいないので、視線は気になりますが好きに泳げました。 【食事】 朝食は、海の見える場所で大変気持ち良くいただけました。メニューからいくつかお願いし、ビュッフェでお野菜やジュース、パンを好きなだけいただけます。カプチーノに添えられている砂糖コーティングのシナモンスティックや、ブルーチーズなど、良い食材をおしみなく提供してくれています。景色も味もサービスも最高です。 【スタッフサービス】 いつも笑顔で対応してくれることに加え、宿泊者の名前を覚え、名前を呼んで対応してくれました。ただ、作り笑顔感は否めませんでしたが（笑） プールスタッフは2〜3名いましたが、ホテルの制服でなくタンクトップにショートパンツとラフな格好でお客さんのいるビーチベッドの近くでお喋りしてました。 広いプールなら気になりませんが狭くて皆さん泳ぐというよりは本を読だり寝転んだりとても静かなのであまり良い感じはしなかったです。 フロントスタッフには少し不満が残っています。ショップで買物時、ショーケースに在庫がなく、裏から持ってきてくれましたが笑顔で引き受けてくれたのに面倒くさそうだなー悪いなー、と思わされるような態度がチラチラ(^_^;)また、チェックアウトの清算後、空港までのタクシーをお願いしたところホテルにて支払いだったようで(街までのタクシーはタクシー運転手に支払い)再度invoiceを発行してもらう手間を取らせてしまい、露骨に嫌な顔をされ謝りました。 レストランスタッフは食事がおわりフルーツをとりに行こうかなというタイミングでスタッフの方が素敵に盛り付けたフルーツをとってきてくれたり、大変気づかいを感じました。 一度、お客さんがまだ来てない時間にスタッフが誰もいなく、メニューを持って来てもらえるようにスタッフを探してみたところ、裏で座って食べ物を食べながら携帯を触ってるところを見かけました。メニューはすぐもらえましたがこちらも面倒くさそうな態度でした。 【総合】 これまで泊まったホテルの中で、質や雰囲気は良いですが、立地面、敷地やプールの狭さ、スタッフの対応などから見て、残念ながら5位、リピートはないかと思います。 ただ、いい面もたくさんあるので、私が求めているものと合わなかった結果、そのように評価させてもらいました。

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay at Khao Lak.

特筆すべきはスタッフのクオリティ、ホスピタリティの高さ。 遠からず、近寄り過ぎす、距離感が丁度よいです。全てのスタッフがよくお客を見ていると思います。こちらがサービスを必要とする時には声を掛ける前に来てくれます。 大箱のホテルと違い、客室が少ない為、お客の情報共有も出来ている様です。 ハイシーズンは分かりませんが、滞在者が少ない時の朝ご飯に思わぬサービスが付いてきました♬ チョイスメニューの全てをサービスして貰えたり、フルーツまでサービスして貰えたり…。ローシーズン滞在のみの特典⁈でしょうね。 とにかく静かにゆっくりホテルライフを楽しみたいという方はローシーズンがお勧めです。 ハイシーズンはかなり賑やかの様でので。 徒歩１０分くらいの場所に商店街があり、レストランも沢山並んでます。

Das Casa de la Flora ist für uns das beste Hotel in Khao Lak! Es war von Anfang bis Ende einen Traumurlaub! Wir erhielten ein Upgrade in die Beachfront Grand Pool Villa, welche atemberaubend ist! Der eigene grosse Pool, die super bequemen Liegen und vor allem die Aussicht auf das Meer war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Service im Hotel ist auch perfekt und das Frühstück war das Allerbeste!! Die Pancakes, Omeletten, frische Früchte, egal was man bestellt es ist alles qualitativ hochwertig und einfach wunderbar. Und auch die Aussicht vom Frühstück einfach auf das Meer mit Palmen, was will man mehr:-). Auch die Massage im Hotel war super! Die Lage ist auch gut, man hat seine Ruhe und ist in max. 15min zu Fuss im Dorf wo super feine Restaurants sind und der Markt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

We’ve just spent four nights at Casa de la Flora and it’s been the best hotel experience in the last 8 years of travelling the world together! We had booked a Beachfront Pool Villa and got a free upgrade to Grand Beach Front Pool Villa, our jaws hit the floor when first being shown round the room and the view of sea from our bedroom window was perfect for watching sunsets. The service from the staff is outstanding and there’s plenty of food options on the menu both in the restaurant and for in-room dining. We will definitely stay here again if holidaying in Khao Lak again in the future.

Établissement magnifique.Personnel bienveillant et chaleureux durant tout le séjour. Un petit bémol: le restaurant et ses prestations n’étaient pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hébergement: communication compliquée en langue anglaise. Situation géographique parfaite.

Everytwas amazing. The room was gorgeous and perfectly comfortable. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable.

Needs a refurbishment in certain communal areas Tiles around pool .

Great location. The problem is there bed and pillows are terrible. They need to upgrade. The location is kind of weird. There is no real beach. You can swim but you climb down stairs and jump in. No beach. It’s sketchy if you are not a strong swimmer.

Beautiful rooms and pool. The restaurant on the property was fantastic!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön. Der Service dazu war auch super und sehr nettes Personal. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Was great stay very nice place if u like quiet. Very limited activity and far awy from most things

Wonderful hotel with a lot of issues. I’ve stayed 2 nights in the Beachfront pool villa. And the room and the view are beautiful, pool is nice and spacious, breakfast was good and cocktails were surprisingly great as well, staff was nice too. But: - the worse issue for me was terrible internet, it’s on and off, the speed is slow often, please fix it - light switches are not reliable and hard to use; scales in the room didn’t work, phone didn’t seem to work properly too, eveything is a bit dated - a lot of small things Still a great hotel, I would stay again assuming the internet will get better.

Tolles Ressort. Etwas ab vom Schuss was im Falle von Koah Lak gut ist. Und wenn man mag ist man in 10 min in der Hauptstraße mit Restaurants ( dem was nach der Pandemie) übrig geblieben ist. Front Beach Bungalow top. Allerdings kein schöner Meer zugang.. ist alles oben angelegt…

The perfect getaway. Hotel and staff made our trip incredibly memorable and went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot wait to return again very soon.

My wife and I travelled to Thailand for the first time in Sept and finished our holiday at Casa de la Flora. We didn't know what to expect but were taken aback by the beauty and modern design of the hotel and most of all the personalised customer service from the staff. The welcome we received at near midnight from Olaf and his team was so warm and friendly. The rooms or capsule like hubs are fantastic. Personalised to your preferred room scent available from the hotels selection to even the smart tv console. Each villa has it's own level of privacy and small pool which is great particularly if you fancy a dip late at night. Outside of this is a huge main pool with a gorgeous infinity view of the ocean horizon. The spa is also fantastic. Location wise, the place is great. 5-10 mins walk away is a local town with a wide variety of very tasty eating options, salons, massage centres and activity tour offices. The hotel itself offers personal day trips or group tours depending on your preference. We lucked out with a trip to Khao Sok national park and Chiew lake which was fairly empty at that time of year and had a beautiful cruise in the sun. We even cycled to a nearby waterfall on the team's recommendation that was worth every ounce of sweat in the hot heat! In essence, the hotel was A-mazing and what added the icing for us was the warmth and kindness from the team - Olaf, Poppy and others to name just a few. Would return in a heartbeat!
