The most amazing experience, a cozy resort nested in the jungle. Coffee on the patio while listening to the elephants in the morning. Clean rooms, family owned, beautiful property, happy people. You can tell they really enjoy host people from all walks of life. Mr. Pan, and Ms. Zen were so wonderful. Everyone was truly amazing!

The staff are warm, helpful and friendly. The villa is very quiet and nicely designed. The stream, garden and meditation areas are great bonuses.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful you can really feel that they care about their guests. The atmosphere is very relaxing, making it a great place to unwind, and the food is delicious. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Amazing hotel, felt more like 4 stars than 3. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. We were upgraded to one of the bungalows close to the pool and the room was absolutely beautiful, only small negative was that the mattress was very hard. But that seems to be the norm on koh samui. The pool area was great and the surroundings stunning, with views of the mountains. We stayed for four nights which was enough to have a calm and nice stay, while also getting enough time to do some activities close to the hotel. Highly recommend going to elephant kingdom and Na Mueang waterfall 2.

Det var et fantastisk ophold i smukke omgivelser. Morgenmaden var lækker, og maden i restauranten var fremragende. Serviceniveauet var højt. Vi bookede aktiviteter gennem hotellet, herunder en elefanttur og to dagsture med privat chauffør. Priserne var gode, ligesom hvis vi havde bestilt det i byen. Vi rejste med vores 1-årige søn, som blev mødt med stor venlighed af hele personalet. Vi var der i nogle dage, men kunne nemt have opholdt os en uge. Virkelig et dejligt sted.

Die Villen lassen keine Wünsche offen und waren blitzeblank Sauber und wurden täglich auf Wunsch gereinigt. Das Essen im Restaurant war zwar leicht angehoben von den Preisen, aber sehr lecker und reichlich! Das Personal ist zuverlässig und sehr zuvorkommend.Man hat sich von Anfang an Familär behandelt gefühlt und sich jeden Tag gefreut wiederzukommen! Besonders hervorzuheben sind alle Mitarbeiter die uns einen unvergessliche schöne Zeit beschert haben und das Cascade zu einem Zuhause fühlen lassen haben! Vielen lieben Dank für diese schöne Zeit! Es war für uns auf unserer 6 Monatige Asien Reise, auch eins der besten Hotels in dem wir in Asien waren! Wir empfehlen es ohne zögern weiter und freuen uns auf's nächste mal!

Au-dessus de nos attentes à tous points de vue ! L’accueil est vraiment excellent, les chambres exceptionnelles, le cadre magnifique, la piscine géniale. Bref, tout était parfait, même le repas, et le petit déjeuner… C’est juste à côté du sanctuaire des Éléphants, à 15 minutes à pied, avec une superbe cascade.
