施設内の設備、プールや海までのボートなど楽しめる要素が沢山ありとても楽しめました！

初めてのプーケットでしたが立地も良さそうで料金も手頃だったので選びました。 ホテルは思ったより大きくとても綺麗で朝食の品数も多くレストランの従業員の方々の対応も良く満足しました。 ただ娘の結婚式参列の為に滞在する目的がある旨をホテル側に伝えて、来客もあるので多少でも眺望が望める部屋をリクエストしたにも拘らず全くラグーンも見えず窓の外は隣の棟のベランダだけが見えるという残念な眺望でした。 部屋数が多いので仕方がないのかも知れませんが多少の気遣いは欲しかったです。 また受付の女性はほとんどが感じの良い方でしたが1人タクシーを依頼した時、わかりづらい英語を聞き返すと露骨に嫌な顔をされて気分が悪かったです。 ホテルで自転車の貸出がありそこは楽しめました。 現地ツアーのアメージングガイド付きツアーに参加しましたが添乗員のタイ人の男性の対応がとても良く、分かりやすい話し方で非常に満足しています。案内してくれた場所も自分では行けない所だったので楽しめました。 エクスペディアで申し込みましたが破格です。オススメです。ツアー評価をする場がないのでこちらに書きました。

304号室眺望が凄く悪い。朝食が忙しすぎてスタッフの対応が出来ていない。wi-fi感度が良い、シャワーの温度変化がなく快適、キッチンのゴミ回収のシステムは素晴らしい。子供プールの周り土の部分は芝生に変更するべき、プールの中に土が一杯入っている。

滞在型として、また次回利用したいと思います。

I have stayed at all hotels in Laguna Phuket resort, and I say this is a pretty new but the most "casual relaxing" accommodation in the area at a reasonable price. Our room had a living and dining space with a full scale kitchen, a bed room, a shower booth and a rest room, all of which were neatly separated. So it was specious enough for me to bring in my bicycle. And there was a big supermarket in 15 min walk or 5 min by rental bike, so we ate outside 4 nights and cooked local foods by ourselves 3 nights which we enjoyed with a magnificent water view from our room. The complimentary breakfast gave us a plenty of menus, the in-house spa provided very soothing services, the pool (which was not that big though) commanded a very beautiful view of lagoons... Everything in this hotel is not super gorgeous, but made us really at home in very high quality. and this is the nearest hotel to a 24h convenience store in this area (2 min by walk) so you can go and buy drinks, snacks, meds and even local seasonings easily. One disadvantage of the hotel is that you should take a shuttle boat across a lagoon to its private beach. But the service is frequent and the duration is just several minutes, so it was not a problem. In conclusion, if you want to be a master and expect a gorgeous butler service this hotel is not your choice. But we really love this quality casual atmosphere and it's no doubt it will be our first choice in this area.

ＧＷに５日間滞在しました。 歩いてすぐのとこに２４ｈのファミマがあります。 その奥にカフェレストランがあります。雰囲気、景色がよくタイ料理もおいしかったです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで何でも教えてくれます。 ・レンタルバイク、車あり ・無料送迎のレストランがいくつかある ・施設以外の無料送迎付きスパ ・朝食6：30に間に合わない場合はリクエストすると簡易的なものを用意してくれます 朝ごはん ・ブッフェスタイル（洋食＆タイ料理）タイ料理は毎日変わります　 　いろんな種類があっておいしいです ・湖やプールを眺めながらのいい景色です。 ・入口が近くにあるので、早朝ツアーの待ち合わせを食べながらできる 部屋 ・キッチン、リビングがありトランク２個を広げるだけの十分なスペースあり ・キッチンはレンジ、調理器具、食器、食器洗い洗剤あり ・ベッドやわらかめ ・滞在日数×人数分の無料のペットボトルの水が冷蔵庫に初日にすべて入ってます ・ハウスキーピングは２日に１回だが、電話したらタオルはもらえる プール、ビーチ ・空いていて場所取りの必要がない ・子供用プールあり ・歩いていけるビーチあり ・ビーチタオル貸出あり ゆったり、のんびりと快適にすごせました。 人の少ないエリアなので静かにのんびり過ごしたい人にはいいかもです。 素敵な時間を過ごせましたありがとうございます。

This was my first time in Thailand and I fell in love instantly with the warmth of the staff, the buzz of the resort and the beautiful view. The beach was everything I needed and the hotel had everything I wanted. I am from NYC and would highlight recommend! Easy to take cars wherever, especially to Patong.

Nice property but definitely caters to families. If you want a quiet, more subdued property this is not it. Room is a good size and lots of conveniences. There was a large pool party going on and the music was so loud until 11pm that if you opened a window you could not hear your own conversation.

Very nice hotel, very safe area, resort style area has a private beach is a plus after experiencing a beach like Patong Beach trust me lol..Hotel staff is very nice I really liked D’Nee very sweet and welcoming!!! Food is very good I mean some of the best food we had so many options..The hotel room was a apartment style 2 bedroom 2 bath with loft and balcony one room has 2 twin bed and the other a king I believe it was..so much storage space..one thing I would highly recommend is if you use small washcloths to just bring your own because they use a bigger towel so it was different, luckily I always come prepared so I brought my own. But I give them a 10/10 for sure.

Had a fabulous visit for the week, our first room faced the street and thankfully we were allowed to change to the side of the building which was much more quiet. Staff is very friendly and kind and courteous. Thank you so much! Everything we needed we had or could get.

very good to family coming, with swimming pool, with water taxi to beach, plenty of food at mornong buffet, but sometimes drive out to shopping mall with serious traffic congestion.

Excellent facilities and super convenient location for going to the beach and easy walking to main shopping areas. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and never had any issues with finding the tables etc. Would definitely come back.

門鎖不能正常使用，和酒店前台溝通三次之後，酒店前台服務員才跟隨我們去到房間，職員鎖匙咭能夠開啟門口，顧客鎖匙不能夠使用。導致我們花費了1小時才入到房間。 並且不能夠即時安排更換房間，也不能夠即時維修，第二日方才維修。

The hotel feels partly like a youth hostel and more like a 3 Star hotel. They want to be cool. The staff don´t treat you with respect. We had to change our room and were asked to leave at noon. The new room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. This was the commitment from the reception. Meaning for us 3 hours without any room. At 3pm, the room was not ready due to high season. The reception should have known 3 hours before that it was high season. The reception staff did not see it was their failure and were very disrespectful. We asked to talk with to the hotel director. He was out of office. They were supposed to get back to us. They never did. Breakfast feels like a very loud and hectic school canteen. You have to get you cutlery & plates yourself. The staff is supposed to clean the tables. But they mostly just look around and do nothing. They don´t seem to have any training and speak almost no English. In Cassia too, the wardrobe in the room is far too small. We had to keep our clothes in our luggage. The gym is very small (for 3 persons max). No towels. On the positive side, the view on the laguna and the sea is very nice.

I guess it’s good for a family on a sort of budget. It was fine, not great.

Clean, got a lot of accessible routes to nearby beaches/attractions. I loved the room plans, things like bedroom apartments/lofts. Overall a lovely place.

Rooms bright but well equipped and modern. Communal areas very noisy, echo a lot and piped music quite loud constantly. No real hotel bar as such which means no areas in the evening to congregate for nay atmosphere. Breakfast decent if somewhat random at times.. one morning had Irish pork stew on.. breakfast can be chaotic and very busy Check in great.. check out took an age.
