スタッフの方がとても親切です。 早めのチェックインに対応してくれて、部屋もグレードアップしてくれました。 最大限顧客の要望を聞いてくれる姿勢が素晴らしいと感じました。

広い敷地で設備は新しく、清潔です。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。レストランは美味しいですが、値段が高いと感じました。

今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番と言っても過言ではないくらい素敵なホテルでした。無料でアーリーチェックインとレイトチェックアウトのサービスがありました。スタッフの人は全員、ホスピタリティに溢れて、サービスは一流でした。笑顔で対応してくださり、行きたいアクティビティの手配等も快く引き受けて下さいました。 お部屋やプール、ジムも清掃が行き届いており、清潔感がありました。 朝食つきのプランで予約しましたが、お料理は最高においしかったし、ブッフェスタイルでしたので、量も充分にありました。 もちろん、また宿泊したいです。

着いた瞬間から最高な滞在でした。 9月の海は綺麗でホテルが贅沢な空間を演出してくれます。 バーでは素敵な演出をしてくれますし、席に座るとすぐにタオル、水を持ってきてくれます。 何度も行きたくなるホテルです。

Strand, Zimmer, Personal und auch das Frühstück waren gut. Ich denke das beste Hotel am Chaweng Beach selbst. Es ist halt doch ein recht großes Hotel und das Sollte man mögen. Die Restaurants im Hotel kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir immer Außerhalb Essen waren.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are great. We had the deluxe-room with pool-access and it was fantastic. The breakfast is very good, a huge selection of different cold/warm alternatives as well as choices from an a’la cart menu. Poolarea is great and you will be served ice-water throughout the whole day. There are two poolareas, the bigger one where kids can swim and a smaller one which is adults only. You will also find other areas close to the beach where you can lay out in the sun and enjoy the ocean. The area outside the hotel is typical for any other place in Thailand - broken pavement, massage places, bars, restaurants, construction sites, stray dogs and trash here and there. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that in any way impacts on our stay. Although it could be good to know that it is quite a long walk from Central Festival Mall. We took a taxi from the hotel. The only negative was that it was damp in the room so nothing ever dried up. Even the bedsheets had that ”not-completely-dry” feeling to them. Nothing dried up outside either due to the humidity. Seems like a non-issue considering everything else was absolutely terrific! We loved our stay and absolutely recommend Centara Reserve - we will for sure come back if we go back to Koh Samui again.

Room was very good. All staff fantastic. The whole hotel amazing.

We came to Centara after staying at Banyan Tree so we have high expectations from 5* and luxury. Do not expect personalized experience here. Hotel is on public so first day it was full of young people smoking weed all around, it smells awful. Food choice is limited, they dont have fresh orange juice which is ridicilous. Sound isolation in room is average, you can hear waves and car around street. For family vacation i rather reccomend banyan tree.

Every staff member was outstanding and kind. The entire place is beautiful with incredible sunrise views. Extremely clean and service. You can't go wrong here. Breakfast outstanding.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is really nice. Ai was wonderful from the front desk. The only issue is that there are too many Israelis at the hotel. They were loud, disruptive and very obnoxious. At times they made the hotel feel very uncomfortable.

Ett fantastiskt Hotel med fantastisk personal, fantastiska grön och poolområden. Efter att man anländer till en palatsliknande Hotell Lobby blir man personligt mottagen av en person som blir din assistent hela vistelsen. Du når din assistent via Watsup. Ett par minus för att vara ett 5* hotel är. Solstolar runt poolen är enklaste hårda typen, inte med mjuka dynor som man förväntar sig på 5*, det gick dock att lösa genom att dricka poolpersonalen så fick men en lite mjukare dyna. Handdukarna på hotellet var gamla slitna strådiga, inte en 5*-Handduk man förväntar sig på ett lyxhotell som kostar mellan 5-8.000 kronor natten. Det värsta med hotellets läge var.. Om man lämnade området för att besöka affärer Restauranger eller massager, var man tvungen att passera över en illaluktande soptipp, och passera mörka sektioner med övergivna byggnader. Trottoarer är inte en självklarhet heller. Hur fint hotellet än var och hur bra personalen än var, så var det soptippen som störde mest, som jag känner nu är jag klar med Centara Chaweng på KohSamui

Loved the Centara Reserve- loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but a walk away or tuk tuk drive away. The resort was so green, and well looked after. Breakfast was yum- so much variety, was fresh and healthy. The rooms were stunning- clean and well maintained. Beautiful bathrooms. Loved the refill mini bar and the surprise of the day. Only complaint would be that there is one lift at the whole resort- lots of stairs. Staff were beautiful- nothing was too difficult I can’t wait to return there in the future.
