知り合いのアパートに近くて便利だったので決めました。 チェックインの時、キ－デポジットを支払ったのでレシートを要求すると 今忙しいので後で取りに来いとのこと。もうこの時点でおかしいと思いましたが、 しょうがないと思い、後でレセプションに行くと　担当が変わっており、あなたが本当に払っているか分からないと言い出す始末。さすがにこの時はかなり強く抗議すると、上司と思われる人間が出てきてその場で書いてくれましたが、かなり気分が悪かったです。良い点は駐車場が比較的

元賃貸マンションだったとのことで部屋入り口に流し台があり驚きましたが小綺麗でテレビ、エアコンは問題なし。ルームキー外すと冷蔵庫の電源も切れてました

Didn’t get what we paid for , only got single beds when paid for double

After a 12 hour flight and a two hour taxi ride my friend and I arrived at the Chitra to be met by the only staff member working who spoke zero English. After a lot of two and fro we spoke to a lady on the phone who was in Bangkok who said they had no record of our booking and could we show proof but as there was no internet we were unable to. She said that they would let us stay and we were taken to two basic rooms (bearing in mind I had booked a suite). I was approached by a lady when I was in the pool on the Tuesday who asked my room number and when I answered she said “you are in the wrong room” - I replied saying “yes I know” so she gave me the key to my proper room and I went and repacked and moved - no help from them by the way. The suite was a actually very nice apart from having no water from the tap in the bathroom sink so had to walk through to the kitchen to wash my hands every time I used the bathroom - reported to them Tuesday afternoon - not looked at by the time i checked out on the Friday - may still not be working now for all o know? All in all, not happy with the whole experience and really not happy that I paid for five nights on a suite and only stayed in it for three!

I had a pool room with no access to the pool we had to jump in and clamber out the Wi-Fi reception was appalling. When we got there there was no record of our booking. They just gave us any old room until the owner spoke to us and they were in Bangkok so no one there to greet us two days later we got our allocated rooms.

What could be improved that would make your stay Better. A hot water boiler in the room would be nice we farang love our cups of tea. I am not suggesting the hotel provides tea and coffee as those items are readily available from the 7 Eleven or Big C which are just down the road but, the hot water boiler and a couple of cups would be appreciated. Investment in better Internet connection. Although WiFi is available in all areas the speed is woefully slow. For those that like to stream movies or work from their room they will find this speed not fast enough or reliable In room telephones. This one not be possible due to cost but rooms do not have a telephone in them which would allow occupants to communicate between rooms. This would be extremely useful for families who may not be in rooms next to each other or indeed in the same floor. It would also be useful to be able to contact reception should there be an issue in neighbouring rooms

I would have liked a phone in the room to call reception or security should I have had the need

There were ants in the bed with me. Cockroaches on the wall. The A/C leaked the whole time. I was not happy at all with my stay. I have no plans to stay here again.

Чисто, спокойно, чай/кофе, туалетные принадлежности в номере присутствуют Вначале отказывались заселять, предлагали вернуть деньги, пришлось ждать и к 20.00(при закрытии ресепшена) нам все-таки предоставили номер, но другой ценовой категории(ниже уровнем), утром после нашего обращения и общения с хозяином нам вернули разницу. Бассейн мелкий. Вещи после выселения можно оставить на хранении на ресепшене.

環境都唔錯，附近又有big C、便利店，餐廳，日用物都可以好方便買到，但唯獨有一樣未完善的，就是房內沒有風筒、牙擦，又距離市中心有啲距離，例如步行街。

I've stayed in Chitra many times, and every time I'm satisfied. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to anywhere (with motorbike)..to Central its not more then 10 minutes. There was some repair to be done in the bathroom, but thats been fixed fast when I notice them. Unfortunally this time time I find some cockroaches in the room..maybe it caused by the restaurant next to them..I haven't found this before. Overall I recommend this to my friends due the value as well for the rooms.

Original room had not been cleaned properly. Given another room which was better. Curtains very thin so early morning sun wakes you very early. Ceiling fan good. Ok kind of place but can get much better for same or slightly higher price. Depends on your priorities.

Greitt rimelig rom for overnatting men ikke noe mer. Føyer seg inn i en lang rekke av liknende plasser å overnatte her i Pattaya. Ca. 15 min. å gå til stranden.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe einer sehr lauten, viel befahrenen Straße. Die Tür zum Bad war nur ca. 1,70m hoch und somit nicht der mittleren Größe eines Europäers angemessen. Aus diesem Grund checkte ich auch schon am nächsten Tag wieder aus. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr klein und dem Hotel in Richtung der viel befahrenen Straße vorgelagert.

Habe 30 Tage / Nächste in Chitra Suite verbracht. Habe sowohl Suite als auch Poolzimmer ausprobiert. Suite gefällt mir besser, großes Bad mit Badewanne und Zimmer schön gestaltet. Trotz dessen das dieses Hotel / Suite an der dritten Hauptstraße Ecke Straße Sophon Cable liegt besteht keine Lärmbelästigung, weder im Zimmer noch im Poolbereich. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Reinigung des Zimmers ist sehr gut. Nach Absprache ist auch eine späte Reinigung möglich, da ich gerne Ausschlafe und im Urlaub ja ausspannen möchte. Anliegende Restaurant klein aber Essen sehr schmackhaft, besonders thailändisches Essen. Einzige Mangel den alle thailändischen Hotels und Apartment haben ist, das Sie wenn irgendwelche Beschädigungen am Zimmer oder der Einrichtung durch manche Gäste erfolgt waren, die Reparatur oder auch Instandsetzung sehr lange benötigen und nicht oder spät erfolgt. Sei vergeben, momentan Hochsaison, hoffe das dies als Tipp angenommen wird um Qualität zu halten.

방은 크고 좋으나 시설은 좀 드러워요
